I'm typically a 2 year phone upgrade person. So when the new XS Max was launched, I was ready to upgrade my 7+. I love the new features of this phone. Face ID has really sold me. I thought it would take me some time to get used to that feature, but honestly I find it far superior to Touch ID. It makes using the larger XS Max model easier and helps allow for one-handed usability. If you're on the fence between the XS and the XS Max like I was - I'd recommend the Max. Having the extra screen real estate is a huge plus. Apple really did a great job with this phone!

This IPHONE is by far the best phone I’ve ever purchased. The pictures are clear and the face recognition is amazing. The battery life is fantastic.

This is an excellent iphone. it is super fast and the battery life is the best yet. the screen is beautiful. you will not regret this purchase.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s to the Xs Max, and I love the large screen and the improved camera! Everything just seems faster and better. Love it!

coming from a android user all my life. a co-worker showed me the xs and he said there was a bigger one available. so i fell in love with the xs maxx. everything about the phone is amazing. the screen, the audio the siri. i never thought in my life i will own a iPhone and im so glad i changed. i had all kinds of different androids and hate that apps crash and sometimes system crash and with this phone everything is just smooth.

I recently upgraded to the iPhone XS Max from the iPhone 7 Plus. The XS Max’s main feature is its immersive display. It is great to have for media consumption. It may be big for some but if you are coming from one of the older Plus size phone then it won’t be an issue. The XS Max has the same footprint as the previous Plus size phones but with the edge to edge display. The phone is very snappy all around. I am satisfied with my upgrade.

So far I'm super happy with the choice to upgrade from my iPhone 6+ to the iPhone XS Max. I was worried that the size would be too big, but I was so used to the plus size before, going smaller would have been a downgrade. It functions very well, as expected. I wish there was a shortcut to pull the screen down to halfsize like the doubletap of the home button did before on the plus. Just because it's hard to do everything one handed all the time. Otherwise an overall great phone, incredible camera, improved in every aspect and no complaints so far.

Apple has done it again! There is nothing to not like . Blazing fast processor, plenty of ram, beautiful screen, and a great well balanced feel.

Great phone at a great price. Waiting for the upgrade paid off. The convenience of the Face ID was not clear to me until I got used to it. After that with masks it was apparent every time Face ID wasn’t working as I was wearing a mask against the virus. Similarly, the convenience of the no button design was not apparent until I got used to it—took less than a day. I strongly recommend the XS Max. Sometimes size does matter.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s and it was quite a difference. I thought I would miss the home button but I got used to not having it within the first 30 minutes. The best part about it? THE CAMERA. Holy moly... That was a huge upgrade! I have a very nice SLR camera that I will still use for photography, but this one is awesome for every day photos and could rival many SLR cameras in good light situations. You can even adjust the aperture (afterwards) on portrait mode. So cool. I definitely recommend and am glad I went for the upgrade.

Definitely a significant upgrade from previous iPhone models. The camera is one of my favorite features as well as the clear, pristine display. The phone itself has unlimited features that caters to different types of users. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the total price.

While I don’t get upgrades every year, I have had iPhones since a 3G. The new phone is exactly what I expected. My last phone was the iPhone 7 Plus, and this is a nice upgrade with many new features. I was a bit worried about no home button and changing between programs, but this really was not a big deal. The learning curve on the new phone was almost nonexistent. Everything can be picked up within an few minutes. The new expanded use of the screen is great. If you like iPhones, you will likely like this.

This iPhone XS MAX is great, fast and has a Fantastic camera. The screen is big as there is no space wasted for the home button.

Upgraded from a 6s to 10 max. Love it! Bigger screen, face recognition, more space and so much more I need to learn.

The IPhone XS Max is amazing. The battery acutually last a long time. The camera is awesome and I love the face recognition.
