I figured if I was going to have one for the gym, then this was the "perfect fit". It has plenty of storage, and is easy to use. It's small, and light weight, and does everything I need it to. I do recommend getting a case, a durable case. That way, if you accidentally drop it: you're safe, and will have no need for concern

I bought this to replace an extremely old iPod after many years of use. I like the iPod instead of my iPhone for listening to music while I work out because it is much smaller, lighter weight, and my workout is not interrupted by phone calls and text messages! I highly recommend the iPod nano for this purpose!

I bought this to house my music and it dipoesn't disappoint. Easy to use, great sound, very compact. The BEST!!

I bought an iPod in order to decrease my dependency on my iPhone for listening to music to/from work. I now have ample storage for plenty of music to make my work day even more bearable. The compact size is both a plus and minus as it doesn't take up much space in my bag but can be easily misplaced if not careful. While I wish that the ear buds were a little more bass heavy to provide a more enriching sound, I don't consider that much of a negative flaw at all.

No problems...sound is excellent. Convenient size, lightweight, easy to go in pocket. Earbuds work great.

I had to replace my old Ipod nano, but didn't want to purchase more than what I needed. I only use it for listening to favorite things when I am out walking. It is easier than my nano 4 and has the added features of keeping track of my walk and also a radio. Nice ear buds too. It is perfect for me.

I bought the IPOD for my wife who is hiking the Appalachian Trail (2200 miles from Maine to Georgia). On a long distance hike it is necessary to cary as little weight as possible and the IPOD NANO fit the bill perfectly. It has very good song capacity for little over an ounce. The battery holds a charge for nearly 30 hours so she has music when she desires and recharges when visiting a town along the route. She is DELIGHTED with it.

I really like this iPod. It is the second one I have owned and I think it is better than the first one I had (5th Gen). It is easy to setup (if you already understand iTunes) and install. I like the touch screen function a little better than the wheel function. Additionally, this iPod is smaller than the other one and is also lighter which makes working out with it much nicer. The biggest thing I do not like about this iPod is not the iPod but the ear buds. I have trouble keeping them in my ears, and they are not as comfortable as the older style were. It may just be me as others may find them okay, but I don't like them. Unfortunately, I have not found a suitable substitute for them yet so I am still using them and fixing them when the begin to fall out - that's a bit distracting when I'm running or walking, but I am managing for now. I don't use it for videos so I can't comment on that aspect, however I don't think I would want to watch a movie on this due to its size. Overall, I really like this new iPod.

Family owns two of this generation iPod. Ease of use and blue-tooth capabilities are great for the not so techie, as this was purchased for a parent that enjoys listening to music. Great battery life & improved sound from last generation iPod. As usual very pleased with Apple products.

Old Nano battery quit. Instead of replacing battery I decided to get new Nano because of Bluetooth & radio features. Bought a Bose Bluetooth 3 to play outside when working in yard. Love them both. Was familiar with IPOD functions because of prior Nano. That was also big consideration for me. Let me hit the ground running.

Bought this for my son's 11th birthday. I had previously bought these for my two daughters' birthdays so had to follow through with him. These little devices are easy to use, hold up pretty well, and have good sound quality. I like the ability to limit the sound volume with a password so they don't blow out their hearing. The only downside to Apple devices that I've found is having to use iTunes to sync.

The lightweight nano is excellent for workouts and especially running since it fits easily into a pocket or armband. I prefer to clip the Nano on my belt with the Griffin accessory which is sold separately. The battery lasts for hours and holds up well in both cold and hot conditions. My only challenge has been with connecting bluetooth headphones, but I primarily use plug-ins anyway.

Would recommend. Perfect size, color, memory, and easy to handle.

Really like the device. However it will be playing a playlist on shuffle then skip to a song not on that playlist. Sometimes it skips to a song cutting off the song that is playing before it is finished. Trying to work out the issue. Will be taking it back to my BB store before the 90 day warranty expires but don't want to do so during the Christmas rush. I am an Apple product junkie so it isn't a matter of lack of experience with the brand. Would definitely exchange it for an exact duplicate minus the glitch. Otherwise I love the size, sound, portability, and ease of use. Hope this was helpful.

I bought this for my 9-year old son, who earned it with his own money, but I don't trust him yet having unsupervised access to internet 24-7. So this was a good compromise, rather than buying "more better" iPods or iPad devices, as it can get radio plus our 1,000+ songs in our iTunes Library, without allowing internet access (just yet!)...

small compact has lots of storage for music. Easy to use

I bought this Nano iPod for one reason....to have a blue tooth iPod to use with my Jaybird Bluebuds X bluetooth wireless headphones. It connected with the headphones with no problem and they are a great combination. Small enough to slip into your pocket and the headphones have a 30 foot range which is great at the gym. Just what i wanted.

This player is so light and has excellent sound - it is exaclty what i wanted and need. I bought a holder with a carabineer and it works perfect - you don't need to move yourself in awkward positions to adjust the player.

Perfect size, easy to use, tons of memory. Good price.
