The staff was awesome! Sarah helped me with this particular purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I enjoy all the features of the product. However, I do not care for the touch screen. It does not read all prints (such as mine). And the battery life is a bit short. I have owned an iPod nano. I enjoyed the dial. It responded to my touch much better. My current product is very convenient for my active life, though.

The product is great, but the new way of hiding the instruction book inside the produce is a bit frustrating. I had to take it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to have it sync properly and download the music because I couldn’t find one check box for the process to work properly. Other than that, I am very happy and enjoy the product.

My wife recently lost her Shuffle and I thought I would surprise her with iPod nano 16GB. It has the ability to play both video and music plus a heart rat monitor for when you workout.. She was so happy to receive this gift and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a top of the line portable music /video player. Apple certainly has the best products but I wish they would reduce the cost of their products.

I really like this but am still trying to learn about putting new music onto this unit. I download what I had in my computer but still lost on adding more music. If you are someone older all this technology can be mind blowing....make sure someone knows how to do all this stuff first.

A great little MP3 player that holds all of my music

Replaced the Zen MP3 player (was complicated to upload music) IPod so much easier to utilize.

Bought this as a gift for it small size and features.

I got this for my dad for christmas and when we went to set him up and teach him how to use them, the headphones did not work.

I bought this MP3 as a gift for my boyfriend. He typically uses this product about 25 hours per week at the gym, so it goes through some tough times. This is the third iPod I have bought him and it seems they would hold up a little better but, of course, I've not ever tried a different brand of MP3 so I'm not sure of the typical life.
