I purchased this for my 12 year old son. He loves it. Great for messaging, music. I also purchased the apple care for 2 years. Great for kids. I have small fingers and personally could not use it comfortably, I feel screen is too small. Then again, I am used to large phones.

I had the very first ipod that came out and i loved it. I lost it years ago and been wanting something for work to listen to my music. Well when i received this ipod I was amazed! I couldnt believe how outdated i was with technology lol. Anyways I love it and i use it for everything!!

even though we all have phones, it's great to have a separate device for music and videos. ipod is still the best

This is great for my younger daughter who is too young for a phone but old enough for an iPhone type device

Nice, compact design. helps to know a bit about iTunes before starting. Response is good, fairly easy to read.

My son has put this device to the test and it has held up well. The only advice that I would give is to splurge for more memory. But I can’t score them low because I took the cheap way out. This is a great product

it's good for what it is has problems at times wish Android made a ipod.

We bought two as Christmas gifts for our daughters. The iPods work perfectly and the girls love them. The only issue I had was that when one daughter changed her iPod’s name, it changed the name on my Apple Watch since she’s linked to my iTunes account. Not a big deal.

Good for kids as an alternative for an iPhone, a bit expensive for what it is tho.

This was a birthday gift for my 10 year old granddaughter. She loves the iPod Touch. She has been playing games, sending text, watching videos and making her own videos. This was a perfect gift and Best Buy provided great customer service. Thank you Best Buy!!!!¥¥

Let me just say. The ipod touch is nice. But like with all apple products, it is far too expensive. I have a classic ipod with 160gb and i remember buying that for $250. It was perfect. This is essentially a smart phone without being able to make calls. and it is far less memory. I truly wish apple would have stuck with the classic ipod. it was truly perfect.

This is a great device for someone who wants to take along music or otherwise use the capabilities of a wireless iphone with no phone capability. Not everyone has an iphone, so the ipod fills the gap by being an elegant solution for the right person.
