The staff however did provide me with nearby places and online options as to how I can exchange I.t and the process went smoothly

Usually a battery issue and makes more financial sense to buy a new one than get it fixed. Really comes off as a scam. Happy for now. And not worried if this one dies cuz Apple's getting rid of them anyways.

I didn't know much about how to use the product so they helped me set it up and walked me through how to operate the device. Loved the help I got.

Cool option for kids who don’t have a cell phone

Great Apple Product

Buy a new ipod! With its built in Wi-Fi I can connect to my iTunes and Sirius/xm at the gym. Problem solved!! Good looking product and works well.

Awesome! Great iPod for my 4 and 5 year old!

The kids really enjoy having their own device and using it when they are scheduled. It really keeps them engaged!
