Nothing to write home about, it does what it's supposed to do. Apple needs to make them more durable, I purchased this one only because I cracked the screen on my previous one.

Had a problem with the first two. I had to exchange it twice. Not sure if it's worth it at this point anymore. But it has a good space if you need it for music and pictures.

This product is defective...the device completely stopped working after 6 months...it will Not take a charge AT ALL

I got this as a gift for a grandchild. It is a nice looking device and works well. I wish you had an option to expand its storage though like most other devices.

This is the only ipod that I can not transfer from my old ipod nano. It won't let me get all my songs. Otherwise it came ahead of time.

Had to return the iPod due to an error from the manufacturer I think. The Apple store didn’t work and iPod was difunctioned, but I don’t blame Bestbuy

Beware. There are very few accessories for this product. One case in store. Everything geared to Apple Watch and phone. Product itself is good.

first printer did not function so I returned it for another one -same model- This one works but not as easy as my old printer, a Lenovo

Battery runs out too quickly. My 4 year old really enjoys it but the battery life is very short

I was really just looking for a replacement for my iPod Nano that died. This is bigger than I wanted but serves the purpose.

for the price, the storage, the fact that streaming is pretty much free... decided to return it.

Battery does not last 1 hour! You can have it charged at 100% and it’ll be dead before you know it. Unfortunately the return policy is not long enough to be able to return it and before you know it you’re stuck with something that doesn’t last.

Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. From the moment I opened the box, the battery level was fluctuating and it was getting very hot on touch... I turned it off and it would turn on by itself. It could be just this one - I didn’t want to take the chance to find another one in the same situation so I returned it.

i pod will not hold its charge , can only use if plugged in

Like the fact you can change from iOS/Apple account to a Android/Goole account, just wish it was easier to do.

I had a classic ipod that finally quit after 9 years. I purchased an ipod touch to replace the one that died. After using the new one just once, it no longer would turn on. I took it in to Geek Squad to help me. They couldn't revive it. They helped me get a replacement on the way though. I hope the new one works better than the previous two I had.

It’s your typical iPod. After I purchased this I found out this would be the last model. Wish I had known.

My son is autistic and he loves to watch YouTube, it is how he relaxes. This was perfect for him.

Typical needlessly complex Apple product in which Apple prides itself. Did not immediately sync properly with music library.

Good product overall, usually refuse to buy Apple products, but my 6 y/o really wanted one for Christmas.
