We got this adapter for my daughter so she could charge her Ipod 5th Generation with her older iHome. It works as expected.

had to replace one of these that was damaged during cleaning of my car. unit does exactly what its supposed to..and being genuine apple..no worries about fit or quality.

I got this item to use my iphone with a portable set of speakers, the speakers had the old, large connection, this allows me to use my iphone 5 S to play music, no complaints

Works great as long as you use an apple case. If the case you have adds any thickness around the connection point this adapter won't work.

I have an older IHome docking station that I really like, but couldn't use it for newer Apple products. This works great.

Excellent adapter. Very pleased with it. Just remember your cell phone case may inhibit the physical connection because of the width of one end. Otherwise, great adapter!

Allows me to charge my iPhone with the custom connecter supplied with my vehicle. (Hyundai SantaFe) Also allows me to use multiple older chargers from my older iPhones.

I own a IHome base that didn't work with my new phone. This adaptor works perfectly and when I have a guest with another type of phone connection, I can remove it easily.

Great item. Solved my IPad Docking/recharge Station problem. Got a new IPad, but the old docking Station had the old 30 pin connector. The new Lightning adapter was the Fix.

Bought this when I switched to the iPhone 6 and it works perfectly on my ihome clock radio, don't go for the cheap fakes as they wont transfer data/sound and charge properly

Works well as it was advertised. A little pricey but better than buying a new sound dock which is why purchase it for.

Like most apple products it works well, but charging 30$ for a connector is pretty ridiculous.
