One thing I have noticed about Apple branded products is that they may fail for the same reason as any other product but these products from Apple fail rarely.

I'm glad these are still available as I needed it to be able to connect my iPhone to my car's audio connector (which has the old style apple connector)

I bought this for my dad to use for his older 30 pin dock and stereo and it does exactly what it should do. We couldn’t be happier with it

pricey for what it is. My car came with the old apple charger so i needed an adapter... otherwise i would have just gotten a brand new chord for the price.

Purchased one online for an unbelievable price. Well it was garbage--literally. But the bullet for the genuine Apple product and we've been jamming since!

This is great! You can use your new iPod/iPhone on your older devices. It is a great item and option. This is a must have if you have the newer apple products

By using this adapter I am still able to use my Iphone clock radio with my Iphone 5s, to wake to music and charge my phone.

works good, however very expensive. but if you don't use one from apple does not work

Needed to charge iPod and play music. I purchased a device to play the iPod for my grandchildren when they go to sleep at night. This was just what I needed.

Bought a 2014 auto new. It had the old 30 pin plug for some reason. This adapter did the trick and I can now stream iTunes from my iPhone 6 with no problems.

I bought a new iPhone 5 and needed a charger and this one is perfect for my car. Very easy to use and was not that expensive.

I bought a cheaper one elsewhere that turned out to not be supported by Apple. This is just what I needed to use my iphone 6 on a speaker built for iphone 4.

I bought this adapter for my iPhone 5 because I have about a dozen expensive dock-connector accessories like car adapters, external microphone/recording adapters, and portable speaker systems that use the 30-pin dock connector, and I know none of these devices will be upgraded to the Lightning connector anytime soon. I'm pleased to report that this adapter cable works with the following: - Any generic USB-to-30-pin iPhone charger. - Any generic iPhone audio adapter that simply puts out analog line-level audio. - Any generic car adapter that plugs into 3.5mm audio and a usb cable for charging. - Old USB to dock-connector cables that connect from a computer to your iPhone. - Most other accessories (I've used it with a GuitarJack Model II, for example). Good things about this cable: - It 'Just Works' with almost any 30-pin cable or accessory. - It's longer than the simple cable-less adapter. - It's well-built, so it won't fray or break apart for a while (just be careful with it!). Downsides to this cable: - 0.2M is *really* short. Like, six inches. - The cable is relatively thick (twice the thickness of a standard 30-pin USB cable or Lightning USB cable), so it's not too flexible. - It's expensive. Hopefully some 3rd party can make a cheaper replacement, especially one with a longer cable!

I needed a jack to connect my iPhone 5 to my car stereo jack that worked with an iPhone 4. A little pricey for this but I couldn't find it anywhere else.

a good accessory to have. I though my iPod deck will be useless with my new iPhone, i did my research and now I can use both of them with my ipod deck.

I bought this product to adapt the USB/car charger built into my car, but it will not work if you have your phone in an otterbox or other protective case, the pin is not long enough, so you must take the phone out of the case to charge it. But, with that said it's the only way you can take the charger that was made for the 4s & lower phones and be able to charge it in the built-in charger (USB port)

Allowed me to use old 30 pin apple products with the new lightning connector. Great idea to connect the old and the new.

Works great.....you need this if you have old and new Apple devices using both systems of connection. There's no other way to keep them working together.

As we all know i phone get updates every year and we ll want the new products. Well this saved me from updating my devices. Love it.
