    The product itself is pretty simple - I mean, it's just an adapter. So, yeah, it does what it should. The important thing, though, is how it holds up over the long haul. I've had an Apple brand adapter for my phone ever since the 5 came out, and I bought this one for my wife when she got a 5S. I use mine every day in my car, and it has yet to fail to make a connection. I know there are other cheaper alternatives (and to be fair, this is more spendy than it probably should be), but the Apple branded products seem to last longer than the knock-offs. Obviously, the charge time is completely independent of the adapter, so I gave it a 5/5 even though "N/A" would have have been more applicable...but you can't select what isn't offered.
