This does everything it says it will. Fully compatible with all peripherals and no issues getting any of my devices to recognize it. Currently using it to connect to my MDI adapter for the sound system in our 2012 VW Jetta. Works like a dream and I have had zero issues. Highly recommend for the price.

Simple plain adapter works great with my alarm clock.

It's kind of strange that this adapter would still be necessary 4 years after lightning connectors were introduced, but sure enough I ended up needing one. Bought a car stereo add-on that only used 30-pin iPod/iPhone connection. This perfectly upgraded the out-of-date set-up to be used with my iPhone 6S.

This piece helps to bridge the gap for converting to an iPhone 5 or higher. This is helpful if you have a speaker/ separate iPhone player that has the input of the 4s or lower phones. I've had to buy two because I misplace them. Be careful to keep it because of its size.

I have several iPhone docking stations with speakers, and didn't want to replace them when I upgraded my phone. This adapter cautioned that it may not work with all devices, but it provides full functionality with my ancient iHome, my antiquated Sony, and my older JBL OnBeat stands! I bought two!

Still need these for my daughter's older iPhone...

Great idea, but it doesn't work with an otter box.

I own a IPod 4th generation and I own a 6th generation and así was shopping I came across this adapter that was compatible with my IPod 4th generation charger I said to myself this is gonna be perfect for my IPhone and my IPod 6th generation to charge them and not bulky or takes up space

Many years ago I had cable installed in car for I pod, wanted to use my I phone in the car and keep it charged also but new iPhone had lightning plug. Thought I would have to redo entire cable...installer recommended the adapter so now I can switch between the iPod and iPad and iPhone. Thanks Best Buy!

Works just as you'd hope, a bit pricey but its fine

Works great but kind of expensive for what it is...

I have several radios that use the 30 pin plugs. My iPhone 5s would of course not connect with the lightning connector. This adapter allows me to continue to use these 30 pin devices. All functions work, music play back, charging etc. You can also use it with your old 30 pin charger for a spare or travel charger.

I think it is a great product! Other than one thing you have to have some type of device to put it on so you can use it if you don't have that type of device than you cant use it. But other than that I don't think I have anything bad to say about it plus it is really hard to break it which is a great thing about it!

I use this adapter between my car stereo original 30-pin auxillary cable and new iPod Nano. All functions work except it does not charge the iPod and the battery drains rapidly when just playing music. When hooked up it should not use any battery power.

Wanted to convert 32 pin iPhone docking station connection on both an older but very functional clock radio and a great desktop Bose speaker. Conversion to newer iPhone plug. An easy way to get additional value out of older favorite items.

I sell VWs, and while this is more expensive than other products that connect the iphone4 port to a 5, the Apple one is the only one that can connect properly. This is great if you have a VW with the media port, an iphone 4 connector, and you have an iphone5 and want to charge your phone and play music properly

I returned this adapter because it could not connect to new iPhone 6 in a regular case... Bad design flaw because I do not want to take my phone out of its case every night to charge my phone or connect it to earlier devices used with previous iPhone 4.
