nice product would have been nice if it had a dongle that was a few inches longer so people could use it with a protective case on. How does little things like this get missed in the R&D of products.. but does its job saved buying new cords.

Bought this as a replacement for an 8 year old iPod - lots of improvements over the earlier version! Originally purchased 16gb in the store - wasn't enough memory so had to exchange for 64gb. Exchange handled very well

What can I say; it Works as advertised. I had two old nano’s and several 30 pin iPod cables. Of course all my new Apple devices use the lighting cable! Nice adapter if you still have 30 pin cables.

I needed an adapter to use in my car. Unfortunately, I have a life-proof case and had to purchase a LifeProof adapter to use with the Apple Adapter to charge my phone. The Apple Adapter is good, but I wish there was only one adapter to use.

This item will not work if i use my otter box type cover I purchased at Best Buy for my IPOD touch. You need to buy the one with a cable so the IPOD can be plugged it. Item is ok just didn't work in my situation.

I needed to get this so I could connect my iPhone 6 to my older model car. Needed to get this one since it had a longer chord and would enable me to have the phone rest in the cup holder. Its a bit pricey but had to get it.

Lightning adapter works well and no issue at all. Since it is an adapter for the 30 pin connection the lightning connection is also wide. You have to remove your iPhone cover in order to fully connect the adapter.

Not much to say...it is what is. It adapts the old Apple male plug-ins to the new Apple plug-ins. We used it for our Bose speaker that had been setup for the old Apple products and it worked flawlessly. I just thought it was a little pricey for an adaptor at $30. But works perfectly.

...with this device as I have a tower speaker with 30-pin adapter formerly used with iPod. The challenge is to make sure you have back support as this adapter will raise the insert of your iDevice.

I purchased the 30-pin adapter for my ihome since I upgraded to the iphone 6! My phone would not sit on my iphone because of the case. I will not be taking my case off each night to charge my phone so I returned this item to the store!

After upgrading my IPhone 4 to 5c, the port was completely different I almost didn't buy it because my car has a built in port with the old Hookup (larger port) and I had to still be able to play My ITunes in my car, I was lucky to find out about this converter And worked out perfectly!

I purchased this adapter when I upgraded to the iPhone 6S Plus and it is perfect for the charging device in my car! It fits perfectly in the glovebox and adapts to my Audi media so it charges while it plays either Spotify or my playlists. Highly recommended!

I used this after upgrading to an iphone 6 with lightning. It sticks out a bit if using for a dock but works like it is supposed to. Cheaper models from amazon and ebay do not last as long and are not the same quality.

My iPhone/iPod connection in my car was equipped with old style connector. This was a great piece to transition my connectivity to most recent & up to date. The only down side is Apple continues to pass $ off to consumer!

works well, passthrough audio and data. Downside is if you have any kind of case on your iphone 5 or 6 you will not be able to use this without an additional adapter. In that case would suggest getting the one with the extension cable.

i needed this for my car so i can play music from my iphone6. the built in adapter was the old version so i needed this adapter to make it work. i also have an edifier speaker which works for the older version of ipod, i put this in the slot and it works too!

Got this to work with my stereo amplifiers iPod dock. It does work but you have to remove the iPhone from the case to make it work. Lightning pin isn't long enough to accommodate using it with the case on. Disappointed

I have a Bose speaker for the iPad or iPhone using the regular 30 pin adapter. When I upgraded both my iPhone and iPad that had the lightning connection I purchased this adapter @$30 and didn't have to purchase a new Bose sound system. Excellent adapter.

Bought this to use my IPhone 6 with my Bose speaker. Works well with the phone, though, I have to take it out of the case. Doesn't work as well with an iPad.

i am a real estate agent and I switched phones from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5c. I needed the adapter for my real estate key. It saved me a lot of money and works great. I am so greatful for this adapter. It also works with an old car charger from the iPhone 4 to 5c.
