Bought his not being sure it would work, but it did. I use it to use an old 32 pin adapter for my old iPad. Now I can use the old one by essentially converting it to a lightning adapter.

I bought this to use with my Bose iPod dock. Nice for quick use with iPhone. Only downside is you have to remove even the thinnest case unless the opening is larger.

Great gadget! I bought this to go on my old bose stereo but it was for the older iPhones/ipods so my current phone was basically worthless for using! Perfect size to lay phone directly next to the base.

If you still have an iPhone 4S or any other 30-pin Apple product, this item is a great tool. It gives you the ability to connect old technology to new technology simply and easily.

This piece is very expensive and requires you to take off a phone case to use. Would be nice if it would cost less (Apple) and if you didn't have to take a phone case off to use it.

Needed for my new IPOD for connections to older stuff. Works fine, but wish it was a bit smaller. Also must take off even the thinnest case to plug it with lightning.

This is a great product to keep using old ipods or radios that use the 30 pin type connection. I was not looking forward to upgrading the stereo system on my boat. The cost would have been huge!!

Adapts iPhone 6s etc to older devices w the old apple wide-as-a-smile charger plug. Easy to get list in the shuffle when it isn't attached to something, was pricey but paid for itself several time over

If you have a slightly older car like I did and it has the 30 pin connector attached to the car this is a must to connect your newer iPhone. Made life so much easier for me.

I have bought a few of these adapters that weren't Apple brand, and none of them worked. I finally forked out the money for the apple brand, and it works perfectly

The perfect item for my new IPAD PRO. It will allow me to use my accessories from my old IPAD II with this new item. It is easy to carry and fits just right. The connections fit just perfectly.

Useful to maintain compatibility between older charger and new style lightning plug. I think the plug plug is a little too short, and should be made a bit longer.

Does what I needed it do. I purchased a new I touch and needed this item to use my iPod docks. Clicks in nicely - should be cheaper for something you have to buy to make the things you already have work.

Adapter was needed so it could be used with my Boise home docking station. The adapter is a bit wobbly on the docking station when the iPod is attached but works ok.

This is my second purchase of this item. It works great. The only reason I had to get a replacement was that my son lost the first one. No worries because they are still in stock. Would recommend!

Works great. Allows me to charge and play audio on older docking station. Other off brands didn't work for me. Would be a 5, but sometimes I have to jiggle it a bit to connect.

I am pleased that I can play my iPhone music on the radio. I am just disappointed that apple changed the size of the adapter making it necessary to buy this product. This adapter also let's me use my iPhone in my car.

I needed the adapter but did not realize the wide base on the Lightning side would prevent the pin from going in far enough to connect..... I exchanged it for the same but with a (very) short cable & it was perfect.

Used the adapter to convert iPhone 4 Bose speaker connector to 6 so I can now listen to Pandora on my new iphone !

I purchased a new iPhone 6 but none of my older players would work because of the 30 pin connector. With the 30 pin lightning al my music players work just fine.
