This is a useful devise which allows you to use old charging cables without having to throw them away. An easy way to adapt old cables to a new devise.

The salesman said I needed this. I should have passed on it. Too expensive for such a small gadget. The iPod comes with a USB charger. The adaptor was not necessary.

I have an older Bose speaker that allowed for Old iPhone connectivity, so this adapter is perfect. It was just plug-and-play, and my speaker can be used for years to come.

I use this in the car on trips with my wife so we can listen to our favorite songs! It works great!! We can listen to the music we like to hear and not have to worry about finding something on the radio.

I needed an adapter for my iPad Mini to work on my speaker system. The speakers were originally for the iPad I used to have. Best Buy came through again !!!! I couldn't find this adapter anywhere else.

Needed an adapter to continue using our Bose with an iPhone 7. This adapter fit the need great. We can now connect our iPhone to the Bose to play music and charge the phone too.

Nothing exceptional...it does what it's supposed to do. These are a bit hard to find, but it's exactly what we needed....could have been less expensive.

My connector broke so I needed to replace it. BB didn't have the long cord version so I opt'd for this short connector. It works great. I like better than the one I previously had.

A simple, but incredibly-useful device, allowing me to use older devices (most notably an expensive "boom box" type device and the built-in sound system at my yoga studio) with my newer iPod touch.

I had an old Bose system that I used with my old iPhone. I purchased a cheap adapter from Amazon, that did not work at all with my new iPhone. I purchased this one at it works perfectly.

Purchased this adapter to help make use of a few things that were designed for older model ipods to make them compatible with the new interface. This does the job fine newer ipod touch and iphone.

It was nice to be able to purchase this item instead of replacing all of my cables. My only complaint would be that its pricy, but then again apple products are.

Needed this item so that a new IPOD would fit perfectly on an older Bose counter speaker. Works perfectly . . .made pairing the old with the new very simple and the sound is beautiful!

This seemed to do exactly what it claimed to do, but did not work with an otterbox case on the ipad for which we wanted to use it. We exchanged it for the corded version, very happy.

My MBZ had the iPhone 4 charging cable. Instead of purchasing a new charging cable from the dealer I didn't have to open my wallet very wide and purchased the lighting to 30 pin adapter

this works perfectly with motorcycles that uses iPod, with this i hook my iPhone to the factory connection and have music with pandora which i could not do with with the iPod

it works well and it is an apple product so it can be trusted. Not sure how well it will hold up but so far, so good.. we needed an adapter for various apple products and apple makes a great one.

Sales clerk directed me to this item so I could still use my existing iHome unit after upgrading my iPod. It is working great and I love being able to use equipment I am familiar with.

Works well as it's intended use, but if you have a case on your phone or iPad, you may want to get the other adapter with the cable. This did not work on my iPad mini with the case or my iPhone with case (both cases not apple cases). The lighting plug will not go all the way in given the short clearance of the small adapter... the adapter with longer cable works great though and worth the extra $ in my opinion. BUT, this product does work as intended... just not with all cases.
