I have a new IPod Touch that use the Ligntning technology and a Base that has the old 30 pin technology. This adapter allows me to use the old Base.

Daughter's alarm clock worked with an old ipod. she recently got an iphone and needed an adapter to use with alarm clock. Works fine .

Apple products are so over priced but necessary. I just needed this for a weekend guest who used an iPod as an alarm

I bought this for my wife's new iphone 6plus to work with a speaker/charging cradle that has the 30 pin output. the lightning end of the adapter is not long enough to overcome the added depth needed when the phone is in the case. took it back and got the adapter that has a short cord. get instead the: Apple® - Lightning to 30-Pin Adapter Cable - White Model: MD824 best buy SKU: 6651881

Works great! My custom in car stereo is hard wired with video cable and old iPhone connector. This is much more convenient than rewiring the system.

Like most other Apple products, it works well, but mostly because Apple designs their products to only work with other Apple products. Sorry 3rd party vendors. This is why there are laws against monopolies. Now Apple can charge 10X the price for what it's really worth because 3rd party devices error out on the screen or charging. Hello FTC, don't you see any shady practices by this giant.

It works as described. It works for music transfers, data transfer, synchronizing etc. A bit on the expensive side.

I only gave it a four star because I've snapped the end piece on three already. Otherwise, works great.

Tried to find a cheaper version online but they weren't the same. Had to go with this one but it was worth it. Does what its meant to do.

I use this device to dock my new iPhone to several other devices designed for older iPhone mounts. Works perfectly.

Now I can use my speaker for the Ipod by using my Iphone. I am so excited they have and iteam like this available.

No problems. Does the job. I needed to convert my Bose sound system from an old Iphone to the new Iphone interface. This did the job.

bought it for my sound dock. ended up returning it cause i didn't need it. I'm sure it works good though

This adapter is just what I needed for use with my current charger so that I don't have to carry several different charging cables.

This is a great accessory if you have Apple Products from different generations. It allows you to carry only one charger.

Apparently I bought this and since I have no problems to speak of, I assume it is working wonderfully.
