I personally am a big apple fan but owning a macbook is beyond everything! I love my laptop so much! Doesnt freeze, and I can do multiple work on it

We bought this on a Sunday. They told us that they had the color we wanted in stock . They didn't. So they told us they would have it sent, we should get it on Tuesday, which was important as we were leaving for orientation on Wednesday. Tuesday comes and goes, no computer. At orientation on Wednesday, my other kid calls to let us know it arrived. Kiddo opens it to charge it and it has many, and I do mean, MANY, scratches all over the top of the laptop. I was NOT happy. I called the store we bought it from and after speaking with 3 people, I was told I could bring it back and they would order a new 1 and we'd have to wait another 3 days to get it. As my child was needing the computer for school and orientation, this was not acceptable. I finally asked if there was another store that had 1. So I drive the hour home, then another hour to the store that had the computer. The 1st store was HORRIBLE. The second, the entire store's personnel, were fabulous. So, Apple sent a damaged product and one Best Buy could care less and one will definitely have my business. My college kid loves the computer.

This Apple MacBook is an excellent computer and very lightweight and easy to take anywhere. Quick connection to WIFi.

The big advantage of this MacBook is that it is very light because it does not have an internal fan (just like an iPad). For casual use, it works great.

It was time to update my 8 year old MBA and really liked this form factor. I am getting 10 hours of battery and the USB-C with 1 adapter works out great.

Bought this computer as a retirement gift for my wife she has used Apple computers in school and will not be able to take one home anymore

Compter is perfect for traveling. Perfect weight great display. Watch open-box items devices butterfly keyboard can be painful.

It’s a very sleek machine. It’s also really light and a pleasure to carry around. The only minor issues are the one usb c port and the keyboard is not really my favorite but so far it’s ok and I’m still getting used to it day by day.

Perfect size computer for home use. Very happy with screen size and clarity. Great size for travel and it fits in my large purse.

Completely different than using the standard laptop, but you get use to it. Very quick and have had no problems with this computer!

Super light and great price. The only complaint is the color. Wish they continued actual gold instead of the pink :( named as rose gold

Purchased this because pop ups would not come up like my other laptop. Easy to use and understand. Love how it connects to my other Apple products.
