Steven the manager was awesome and very informative. Also another sales associate Stephen was great as well! Thank you for making my son the happiest dude!!

My daughter got in her head that this was the computer she needed for college. We chose the open box certified, and it looked brand new. So it was actually almost $500 savings at that.

Excellent computer for a teenager

It goes to school everyday. As most Apple products there is no virus problems or any other issue. I would definitely buy it again.

A Classic 12” MacBook

Although NOT Overly Powerful, it can certainly cover Most Needs. Even though Apple has Dropped This line of Laptops in favor of more powerful models, the Sale Price Justifies the Purchase.

Good but not great

I had to stop by an apple store to check. Then store agent asked me to leave the laptop at store for 2 weeks to have keyboard replaced. It's impossible because I needed it for work and school. I kept the laptop for another month and tried to figure out. However, the keyboard worked well and the issue was just simply gone.

Having some small issue like my enter key seems like not functioning properly but not sure its my thought or its really not working :) but my overall satisfaction is quite high
