I love buying a computer that: 1. Will perform as good on the 1st day, as it will on the 2093rd (my iMac) 2. I do not need to replace/repair every year or so 3. I am not asking why it's (already) running slow 4. Syncs with all of my other Mac devices For this, I execute no 'special' maintenance. It's Apple's commitment to performance (and style) that keeps their devices above all other manufacturers. Unlike Windows Computers (PCs), Apple does not allow 3rd Party designers access to the core/code in their operating system (OS). By losing control over the quality of 'edits' done to the OS, PCs suffer, where Macs do not. This is only one of the reasons why my new MacBook Air runs well today, and will run great in the future!!!

i purchased this lap top for school and i love it.

let me just say i love my macbook air i went with 256gb buck i figured having this for years to come i would def prolly need more than 128. been comparing this to the macbook 12 inch & decided the mac book air is for me it charge super face screen display pretty nice just not as good as the macbook 12inch. the camera on here is way better that the macbook 12 inch. the air have more ports that comes in handy for me. its a great portable size when my car charger was broke i carried this lil baby around charging my phone. I'm def happy with my purchase. overall i felt this would better suit my needs. I'm in love. i done customized my baby & some more def worth it

Was looking for something portable and with great battery life, this fit my needs perfectly. Great for class and travel. Even though it's not retina, screen is still pretty good. Battery usually lasts me all day. Would have liked and SDcard slot or HDMI port, but those were not deal breakers for me.
