I was in the market for laptops for my twins heading off to college. There were PC's rated for specific majors, mostly math based, i.e. engineering etc. but this computer had the highest rating for "the best overall computer for a college student......I bought two!

This is my first time with a Mac anything other than a phone and a couple of pads. I found it pretty easy to get around and do most of the things I like to do with my Windows 7. I gave it a 4 because I would have liked to have Siri on it, as I do with the others.

This lap top is perfect for my 15 year old son. He loves how light & small it is for travel, & it's fast enough to use for all his homework. Great buy!

I love this laptop- bought it on sale so the price was better than elsewhere. Its still high compared to other brands but it is so light, easy to carry with me, very fast startup and easy to use! I love Macs and this is my favorite one so far!

Extremely Light weight and this can be really helpful if you are travelling a lot. No compromise on the performance and does your job!

Being a student it's necessary to have a laptop that's fast and lightweight. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with my MacBook :)

This was for my daughter, a college student. It is lightweight and easy to carry across campus. it is easy to use and very reliable.

This laptop is fast, lite, reliable, and very easy to transport because it's so small. I've had no problems with it yet and I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing bad for me is that it's pretty different from what I'm used to (Windows).

Needed a highly portable machine that could handle big presentations and spreaders sheets. This does the trick.

I bought this laptop for size and weight for portability for travel. I didn't want to buy a dinky windows netbook, so I stuck with Apple products. I had to adjust to using a smaller screen, some screen colors seems a bit washed out looking, but I have no other issues with my purchase.

Nice machine, light weight, compact and powerful processing.

Slim profile. Plenty of storage. Excellent design and portability. Everything syncs over with iCloud and it's very easy to travel with. If you're a Mac Apple user, then this laptop is for you!
