I brought this laptop for school, several people told me to but Mac as it will last a lifetime. I’ve had it for almost 2 years now and I haven’t had any issues. Best purchase to date

I am an Apple fan so everything was set up as I knew it. We have very poor internet so I got this laptop to do my work when I am at my daughter’s home. Very portable and love all the features.

I like the product and the attention and I liked the price

This is the first macbook I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for about 3 months now and I love it so far!! It’s soo much lighter than my old laptop and since I’m a college student, I can easily cary it around with me.

I bought this to help me teach my students. I'm able to download all the apps needed to have meetings with my students to provide them with a quality education while they are home.

We purchased this computer as a graduation gift for my daughter. It works wonderful. It does the job for remote learning and zoom instruction. I did take one star off because the video quality is not that great. We tried to video my daughter's Valedictorian Speech but it was not very clear. Other wise it's fast and the price point is excellent.

I came into BestBuy looking for two possible products listed on the website. After asking one employee in the Apple computer section, another employee with more technical understanding was brought over to assist me. I appreciate that the first employee recognized the limits of his own knowledge and passed on to another team member. The employee who finally helped me patiently checked the store directory listing, helping me compare different versions of the product that would suit my needs. We were able to find an open box model, and he patiently waded through the store stock to find the model. It was a great find and I appreciate his patience.

While not as fancy as the other MacBooks, it is a nice MacBook. The only downside to it is the 1 USBc port on it. You for sure will want a case for it as it is so thin and I know mine needs protection from me.
