No complaints at all. Excellent product with great design and usability. Much lighter than any other laptop in same category. Would be great if Apple could make it into a convertible like the Lenovo Yoga or Dell 7000 series.

I absolutely love this macbook. It's light to carry, super fast and clear. I bought a protective cover for it, as I have become very protective of my macbook. I would recommend getting insurance on it, but that is with all electronics in my opinion. Best buy is very good at fixing/replacing products.

bought as a second computer for work. I like the ease of use and it does just what I need. Definitely a keeper, apple products work

I was able to purchase this open box MBA from BB at a very attractive price. It still has the better keyboard from the newer MBA's, and you can swap the SSD for a larger capacity drive, unlike the newer versions Glad to have the 2017 model at a great price

So far I love my new laptop. I assumed that the Geek squad would install Microsoft Office but finally figured it out by myself. Also, missing e-mail addresses which were in the memory of my previous laptop. So not totally satisfied with that aspect of the purchase.

Everyone told me for some time now to get a mac and I did. Haven't setit up yet but these things are expensive would've gotten a Pro but it beyond my budget. Maybe one ill get a Pro on a black friday if all goes well. Sorry this review doesn't help much but I'm waiting for my points.

lightweight, what I needed to take care of basic emails, bill pay, etc...bought it in spite of online negative comments saying it is kinda out dated

In going into Best-buy I wanted a cheap computer to blog on. Instead I talked with a Best-buy staff member and played on the MacBook Air. Instantly I fell in love! I will never go back to a PC. More expensive but the user experience is so much better than any I have had before!

This is the second MacBook Air purchase. My two sons are in college and they really like and recommend this product.

Apple products have always been my choice. I love the fact that I can sync all my Apple products together and have what ever I need wherever I am. Also with the purchase of a new keyboard, my MacBook Air has taken my skills to another level. I am not disappointed!!!

This product makes it easy to move photos from your iPhone to to get them prepared to print and also is very easy to handle a use.

Have not owned a computer in years due to computer access at work and the iPad fit my needs at home. With recent video conference meetings at home I decided now was the time to purchase a computer and as usual Apple provided just what I needed.

This is a nice laptop for college students . It gets the job done for whatever you’ll need in school .

I wanted a new Mac book since I was having problems with my old one and the price was perfect had all the specks I needed and was brand new .

Just what you would expect from Apple. High quality, performs well, never an issue. Not the highest resolution, best processor, or thinnest out there but for the vast majority of people this just isn't an issue. Especially when you are moving up from an older machine with far worse specs.

It may as well have been 2019, love the ports, my sister has only had apple computers and she is jealous of mine compared to her 2019 Mac Pro, her keys make a loud noise and this one's keys not noisy, she likes the way the apple lights up. It is awesome

I love my new laptop. i can so much on it. As well as conveniently carry it around. I would recommend this product to all my friends and family.

The purchase of a MacBook Air was an easy decision. I use one for work and love it. The new MacBook is for family / school use and was very easy to setup / get started. Amazing how it syncs to iPhones and just works. Takes some adjustment from MS PCs to Mac - but worth it.

Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. I’m not really tech savvy so I talked to several people to ask them about different laptops. This MacBook got rave reviews from them! My granddaughter is totally stoked about her new computer!!
