Hard to believe in this day and age there is no touchscreen. Nothing cutting edge, that's for sure, but it's a solid machine, so I am happy.

Would like a more complete manual of instructions for some of the Air new capabilities . Have not yet understood why it is viewed as a significant upgrade. Have had it for 2 + weeks now. I also would like to see a scanner icon in my icon menu.

I purchased an Apple MacBook which is a great product. I was able to use the 12 month no interest Best Buy credit card which is very convenient for my budgeting. Delivery process was a little delayed due to the pandemic but that was expected.

Works like you would want a computer to work. Does everything you need and with a fast enough processor to not get annoyed with.

Great laptop, fits the size I wanted, setup was pretty simple, limited color options available at local store, it is what I wanted and expected.

We had to return this item twice because something was wrong with it. But each time they gave us a new one and I'm the third time we got one that worked. She was determined to get one because this is what she wanted so we're very happy that Best Buy continue to work with us.

This works great for what I wanted. Only needed it to do projects with the cricut and it’s worked great so far.

I bought this as an open box of item and am excited I found it. This is my first Mac because the prices always were so high. I wish I would have bought one sooner. I linked my iPhone to the computer and love it Will only buy a Mac going forward

I am sure that everyone can state how well this laptop is made and how great it works, but I was more impressed on how easily it performed when storing items in the cloud. Other new computers that I have tried had difficulty with blue tooth or wifi connectivity. Not with Apple!

super nice! I'm a nursing student so I've been using it for my studies and its very convenient. also plays music in a high quality that I was surprised to hear since I'm very particular about. love it so much.

My son uses this for his homeschool, and stem projects. The graphics are beautiful and so sharp. It works flawlessly, and is such a great change from pc. I can see this computer serving him well for a very long time.

Perfect for our daughter, turns out this is what she was using at school in 4th grade. We wanted something that would last, and after talking with her teachers (who also use these) I was SOLD- So I bought one for her and one for me! ;) She has taught me SO much on it too! lol

I got it as a gift for entering college and I love how light it is, making it really easy for me to use daily at school and at home.

Lightweight and fast apps on the laptop. Only concern was that the keyboard wasn’t working properly and it had to get mailed in.

Got it to replace my outdated Macbook Pro, and was skeptical that I would regret not having the disc drive installed in the computer. It has been a non-issue. Use it mostly for word processing, emails, and some online streaming. Great price!

I use this computer everyday at college. I love it. It is easy to find things. The only thing I wish I could do-make m messages show up.

Computer is a good deal for the size and what it can do. Good for a college student or anyone that needs a smaller notebook computer.

Love this laptop. Light weight and easy to carry. I would recommend investing in Apple Care. Helps to cover the cost of damage.

Debated between this and the Pro and decided to go with the Air. I'm not a heavy user and just love the classic keyboard. Typing on the pro felt like I was typing on a cardboard box. Plus they're retiring the Air this year and it's a lot cheaper than the pro. It was a no brainer for me.

Listen it’s a MacBook for my son. Works great but the memory card is useless. Need a bigger External HD to get by
