This does a good job for my daughter who bought it to take her college classes. She says that it hasn't given her any trouble.

No surprises with a Mac. They continue to build great machines. It was also $200 off on the in store purchase the day I got it - surprise!

I have to Mac laptops, a MacBook Pro and this Air. The lack of Retina display is noticeable, and the bezel seems very large, but that is in comparison to the MacBook. If I didn't have both it likely would t have bothered me much (even if it was black). Otherwise, great laptop and I would recommend to anyone.

This CPU has provided everything that I was looking for in a computer and more. It's the 1st mac I've owned and could not be happier.

Can't go wrong. I wasn't willing to pay the extra bucks for a better screen resolution for my 9 year old kid, and this is good enough.
