Overall it was good quality for a reburbished Mac book air. Although the seller should have made sure us was squicky clean. There was a lot of dust and lint buildup in the power port and the USB port. I had to clean them. That and the screen was spotty. Which should have been cleaned before being sent out.

The box that it came in was packaged so nice, nothing was damaged it works effectively so far it was worth the money

Apple can't make a bad product if they tried! I love this computer. Even having it pre-owned I didn't have a problem with it at all. with 128GB's I have tons of storage and more. The silver color is perfect and I love the size; portable enough to carry around and large enough to set down and work for hours at a desk!

I love the Mac laptop. I have learned a new world since I’ve use in the past hp and dell computers. Apple also has helped immensely when I call them for assistance.

This pre-owned laptop had network connection problems. I also had a hard time signing into my Apple ID. After only having it for a few days, I took it into Apple to see if they could help with the issues and were unable to. I ended up returning it & buying a new one.

Product is ok for the price. Not something I'd buy again.

My daughter uses it and says it is everything that the newer models offer. She couldn’t tell that it was a refurb. I’d buy it again.

This was the worst purchase I’ve made. The laptop would not even update to the latest software because it was so old. Would not recommend. The one good thing I could mention is that the laptop was in good condition, but definitely not worth the price.

It runs great! I've used a few pre-owned items which usually break within a week, but this one is in perfect condition!

The laptop works great looks brand new I would say the only bad thing is the charger it comes apart when I disconnect it from the wall plug but it still works when I put it back together

No good don’t buy it’s easier to get a new computer. The computer do not update. I call Best Buy they couldn’t help me. So I had to wait for two weeks for the geek squad was a joke. So I had to return but make sure it’s within the 14 days. Because they tried to play that with me but it’s not my fault I had to wait 2 weeks to see if the computer was fixable. So a waste of my time. Just go Apple the cheaper new version Mac air is $ 800 so invested if y’all can. Just brought one for $ 1200 newer computer from Apple

Love the MacBook Air, use it everyday my best friend

I bought this refurbished MacBook Air for my son for college. I expected it to be used but good condition. We were highly disappointed. It was filthy dirty, was sticky, had multiple dents and rings and had crumbs in the keyboard. Definitely was not restored to like new state as advertised. We returned it! Just a side note- I have purchased many other refurbished products before and was pleased!
