Good laptop for teen

This have her the apple experience without the full price tag. Setup was easy. Laptop did have lots of scratches on outside. Screen was in perfect condition. Works great.

Awesome for beginners

I did upgrade to ssd and 16 gb ram. So much faster. So I bought another for the wife

My only concern might be it seems to lose power quicker than my last computer but time will tell.

Great macbook for a really low price

Was barely functional looked like it was thrown

Never buying “pre-owned” from best buy again. Had to return asap

Bad MacBook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a pre owned MacBook Pro and Can’t get into it previous user is logged in still I got this product for my son for Christmas and he cannot use it I’m very upset I’d give it no stars but the review makes u give it one even that is still very charitable not very happy and top it off it came with a note from the geek squad saying they checked it out and everything is ok , unfortunately it is not

As well it wont let me download any app. Sometimes it wont open an icon and a pop up pops up and says there is an error. To close and reopen again. The mouse pad doesnt click on anything, have to try a few times for it to work. i am returning the product.
