No recharge wire
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After I gave this Christmas present to my 12 year old son, he uploaded all his stuff (personal stuff) onto it. After spending all of Christmas day personalizing the laptop to his liking, we noticed the recharger was not in the box. I called Best Buy the next day and they said they could not send me a new one, but if I sent the laptop, that my son was so in love with, back across the country, they would send me a new laptop and recharge wire. I couldn't take my son's gift back so now I have to pay $80 for a wire that was supposed to come with the laptop.
