At the time of purchase, I didn’t want to spend the money for a new Mac Book Pro. The refurbished Mac Book Pro was a very good option. I had the Geek Squad transfer my accounts and information from my old laptop which went very smoothly. I love my little MacBook. Since the Apple product had different applications than my android laptop, I took me a little time to learn to use it and know where everything was located. I have not had any problems with it at all. I would definitely recommend this option.

Overly scratched up with a couple dents. keys were filthy. There was crumbs or crust in USB port. Smelled funny

I purchased this laptop new from Best Buy in summer 2011. I'm not an Apple "person" and this is the only apple product I own. However, I give this laptop a GLOWING review. It has lasted me longer than any PC I've ever had, and after installing a new SSD drive last year, it is blazing fast. This laptop has been beaten up major! It's gotten wet, and has been dropped and dragged more times than I care to mention. Despite all that, it still runs like a charm and keeps up with all my demands, including major multi-tasking, picture-editing, heavy programs, etc. You can't beat the quality of these laptops. Cheers to 7 years together, and I look forward to 7 more!

It was great when I bought it but now I can’t upgrade anymore sooo I have to replace it

My daughter absolutely loves. Perfect size. Great look. But most importantly fast and reliable.

Pre owned there was a big scratch on the front near the apple logo, battery life could be better, but works fine.

Decent price, in decent condition, working just fine.

This computer was not compatible with the latest version of iOS. I had to exchange it for a new MacBook.

i bought this item for my niece but the charging adapter wasnt working, i took it to best buy but they told me i needed to return the whole thing, i explained to them that it was only the charging adapter but they told me i had to return the whole thing, i ended up buying a new charging adapter

Works and runs great. Shipped really quick and havent had any issues since receiving it.

Had one of these that was stolen a few years ago. Got the refurbished one for a great price and its nice. Very few scratches on the top of the computer. The rest is pristine and in perfect working order so far... Very pleased with my purchase.

Fast processing, good for gaming in addition to school projects

it was a good computer ,but the technology was outdated it wouldn't support my iPhone 8. so I had to return it and upgraded for a newer Mac. I love the newer computer apple has great products.

It takes a little get use to it but love it now. Easy to use and it will be around long entitle pass on

This laptop is great and really meets the standard I wanted from it. This MacBook was a gift to my son and he does his schoolwork on it perfectly.

Everything Apple makes is top-of-the-line most people just take time to get to that point in their lives it’s kind of like having a Harley or a crotch rocket LOL

I bought this refurbished to begin with for my teenager, who managed to clog the system with malware. After a good wipe and reinstall it's ready for another round with the next kid.
