I purchased this MacBook to use with my home business and have not been disappointed. The processing speed is awesome as well as the backlit keyboard. The screen is beautiful. I only wish I didn’t have to purchase an adapter for my usb flash drive

This laptop provides everything that you need to be productive, great display, extremely lightweight and thin.

Yeah the are plenty reasons why you should get it. Either really well, for one. Secondly, light and portable.

Good computer but lacks STORAGE! I have a lot of pictures that take up most of space. (Like 2,000 pictures)

We purchased this laptop in March 2019 to replace a failing 2010 MBP. Was very happy with the laptop until my 2015 MBP work laptop started to give off a weird odor. After some research I understood there to be an issue with 2015-2017 MBP batteries and smell, so I swapped in my February 2019 MBP. Then IT started to give off the same fumes. More research - still just finding issues with 2015-2017 MBPs. I started swapping back and forth, hoping the rotation would help. Then, for whatever reason in the last month or so, I checked About This Mac on my February 2019 MBP only to find that it was a 2017 model. Talk about disappointment and frustration. I'm fairly certain there's nothing I can do about it now. The laptop does everything we've asked of it (aside from now having issues with self-assigned IPs, which we're still researching - could be MBP, could be Verizon router) and I would normally have given it five stars. Docked a star for the smell and one for it being two years older than I had any reason to expect. I would recommend a newer model to a friend...

Recently pulled the trigger to upgrade MacBook Air 11.6 2010. MacBook Pro 13 did not disappoint. This screen is unreal and seems so much bigger than 11.6 MacBook Air. Trackpad is awesome and never feel like I would need a computer with a touchscreen.

I love Apple products and will always stick with Apple computers. My one issue is the new ports. They get loose and you have to buy a separate connector to connect in USBs and such. I always struggle with it staying in. I also feel like the keyboard isn't as good as it used to be as the buttons stick and just feel weird.

I’ve been a windows user my whole life. But after watching countless videos of quick commands for my Mac. I can honestly say it’s not that hard to adjust. I’m using the computer for college and the battery life is not bad.

I’ve had just about every apple product there is since apple came out, however, this is my first apple macbook. I love it! Definitely better then a windows laptop and i do photography so its great, however a MacBook is completely different then any apple product I’ve ever had. It’s taking a lot to get use to and i’m Still learning. I do wish some things were a little easier with photos but i’m Sure once i learn it more it’ll get better

The new MacBook is thinner and lighter than our previous model. I do wish they kept the magnetic power plug.

So, overall the computer does well, just as most MACs do. What I didn't realize, and this was my own mistake, is that it does not come with ports that I would need, like USB. It has the new USB-C, which is very new and I would need a converter to do anything. The nice feature is the bluetooth, so I can link devices up that way, but it does mean upgrading everything else I have.

I love how the keyboards were made on this Macbook Pro, almost the same as the macbook. I had the previous model of macbook pro and to be honest I don't feel any difference from the two. I wish there were more ports instead of the usb type c ones.

I purchased this device due to the reliability I've always found with Apple products. Due to the extensive amounts of schoolwork I've had this year at school, this device was my first choice. It has performed great and I do not regret my purchase.

As with everything Apple, just another really well made, sexy product that is great for work/home/school use...etc. Be sure to get a case for it so it doesn't get all banged up.

Great computer!! I hate that Apple ID is connected to everything giving me problems with storage!!

Computer has been great for me with starting college. The only thing I wish it had was a USB port.

Perfect for taking to college, to edit photos, and use the Internet.

I bought this Macbook in BlackFriday and it works wonder for me and my studies, highly recommend!
