The Apple - MacBook Pro® - 13" Display - Intel Core i5 - 8 GB Memory - 128GB Flash Storage - Silver is a real disappointment at best. While it is a Macbook Pro, it is so limited by the tiny HD that it makes the laptop useless except for the lightest of users. If all you do is write papers for college or surf the web, then your good to go, but if you edit music or pictures, need to back up your iPhone or anything else, it is basically worthless. My iPhone is a 256GB and the computer could not back it up as there was not enough HD space to do it. I literally have nothing on the computer and use a 2 TB external HD for my picture editing. It still could not manage the basics. Just not a good fit for most users as it cannot be expanded as Apple hardwires everything in the computers now.

Bought this for my high school daughter who was attending a summer program at BU. This is a great machine and will last her until she gets into college

The sales people were great, very helpful. Even helped me with price match. This is the perfect light weight computer for my daughter who is graduating with her degree in Fashion Merchandising!

Was debating between this and the Pro with the Touch ID. However there is a significant difference in price between the two which cannot be justified as there is a very small difference in specs. go for this one!

Works great for what i need, just the internet and youtube. though its been about a year and the "R" button is giving me some issues but i think its just random.

I needed a new personal computer and was not sure what to buy. Ive always worked on PCs and was a bit tired of the issues associated with them. The MacBook construction and other benefits atracted my attention and the reduced price on the later model finalized the sale. As I work with this thing and get to understand the mouse pad, etc...I think we're headed for 5 stars!

We needed to replace our 8 year old laptop. The salesman recommended the MacPro saying it cost more but lasts much longer. It is much harder to use than the Windows computer we had but will figure it out in time.

My daughter is so happy with her new Mac. Simplify her life at college. This one is her second Mac, I give her first one when she stared High school and now she’s a junior at college.

I bought this lap top for my daughter, which she will be taking to college with her this Aug. Great laptop and price offered by Best Buy! The in-store Best Buy sales associate was very helpful, as well!

Excellent choice. I needed a computer and I always love Apple . I was a little weary of the size because I wasn’t sure it was big enough to see. I am pleasantly surprised that it is perfect.

I have always been a Windows user and I am still transitioning to Apple. I have an Apple 7 phone, IPad and Apple TV and I thought it would be more convenient to have an Apple computer. I only have it for two months and, at this point, I still favor Windows 10. I am probably too set in my ways so t I will continue to use the MacBook Pro and hope my learning experience will change my opinion.

It’s my first Mac laptop took me a little to understand it but now it’s my favorite I love it more than any other brand. Buy an external hard drive to store your stuff and this laptop is perfect.

Exactly as expected for an Apple product. High quality but sort of forced to buy a $300 service plan with it because you don't want to get caught with ANYTHING going wrong or it will be expensive.
