User friendly, good buy. Bought two for myself and for my daughter starting college soon.

my daughter needed an upgrade to her 2011 laptop. This apple product is good but the price dropped $350 three weeks after purchase. I was able to get the price difference after returning to the store.

Bought this for my daughter. Gets a good workout the likes of which I would never put it through. This was her second. Previous one lasted 7(?) years or so. Wouldn't hesitate to get another.

I had the older 2012 13 and loved it problem with this one is my hand are big and the display dosnt have a one inch border like before so I had to get the 15 still an amazing product

this is the second Apple MacBook Pro I have purchased in the past year for my kids. it is the perfect laptop to suit all of their needs and requirements in college and for personal use!

I am not a fan of Apple products but I purchased this for my daughter because she wanted it for the graphic arts abilities. The salesman was helpful, but I always feel like I am being sold "snake oil", and he is a salesman (enough said). My daughter likes it and I haven't had to spend countless hours on Google to research how to make it work, so that's good enough for me. YMMV

I've become an Apple fan. Their hardware is excellent and their interfaces are consistent. A bit pricey - actually, VERY pricey - but worth it if you can budget for it.

I purchased this device for college and am pleased by the service. I am proud to have bought my device from bestbuy and plan on getting more Apple products in the near future!

Excellent one. This is my first personal Mac laptop after having lot of MS laptops. I'm enjoying using this. Very good laptop from Apple.

Bought this as a replacement for an older macbook pro and was surprised to find out that apple changed the usb ports. So I couldn't transfer my backup from my external hard drive without purchasing a separate adapter. This should have been included with the new computer! I was very frustrated.

I was originally going to go with a MacBook Air, but I am glad I chose this one instead! I thought I wouldn't like the flatness of the keys, but thats actually one of my favorite parts.

Works great! The price is extremely high but it's a good product.

I purchased this for my son as he was going into his freshman year in college. He's now a senior and this laptop is still going strong.

Love the Macbook Pro and the touchbar. Only negative is the battery life not as long as advertised around 6-8 hours

I am really happy about the packaging of box. Happy with the product so far. It has been a month so far. Mac fits perfectly for my day to day activities.
