My daughter couldn't switch from PC

It was too overwhelming to try to start college and learn the MacBook. She might have kept it if she could have taken a class on it somewhere. But we switched it to a Lenovo and she is very happy with that switch. The Best Buy people were very helpful in this and we appreciate the service from Best Buy. That's why we go to BestBuy and buy from Best Buy.

Great but keyboard issues

However, the keyboard has intermittent issues even though I don't have a lot of dust or things on it. I don't eat in front of my laptop or get strange crumbs on the keyboard still it's been plagued by the dreaded issue of keys not working well until you blow it with a dust canister. My last macbook didn't have that problem.

Apple quality is getting worse by the day

Perfect size and better memory, but within 6 months the screen went. It was covered under warranty and replaced but upon researching this I found out its not uncommon. Seems like Apple's quality is going downhill fast. For this price - kind of unacceptable....
