If you are looking at a MacBook Pro, you probably know what you are looking for. If you are looking for a laptop that will last years without many issues, this is the laptop for you. The screen looks great, all the apps and built-in software function seamlessly.

For the price, given that I bought this towards the tail end of this model cycle, this was just what I needed, and Best Buy had it in stock to pick up the same day. It's a nice upgrade from my 2015-era Macbook, though the Touch Bar is actually more trouble than it's worth-- I find myself accidentally touching it, with interferes with my workflow. I do wish that the 13" models allowed for 32 GB of memory, but given my price constraints, this model serves my needs very well.

This is my first new MacBook Pro purchase in about six years and completely happy with this form factor and features. For my Office usage and light gaming this is great. The keyboard is a huge improvement. Only wish battery life was a bit better but I guess that’s okay since I typically keep it docked.

Great Mac. Despite the buzz about the M1 chip, I still needed an intel chip to fully support virtualization in my workflow. The only draw back is the Touch Bar. It’s a nice idea, but very little functionality. It also adds an extra step to activate simple tasks like volume control.

I couldn’t resist the holiday savings that Best Buy was offering and immediately jumped at the chance to purchase this! 25% off the previous generation model is a steal!! The only reason I gave the product 4 stars is because of the condition it arrived in. Instead of shipping in a box, the machine was shipped in a bubble sleeve, causing serious damage to the actual computer box. As a person who keep their boxes, this was a little upsetting.

Great so far minimal problems. Light weight battery life is okay, could be better but also depends on what you’re working on.

It's been a dream to have one of these. Was about to settle for less but saw a better offer so I took it and didnt let it go. Great service. Great deal. It's the Best Buy! I love my first brand new MacBook Pro! Thanks for everything. Great job guys!!!

I upgraded from MacBook Air, to MacBook Pro, for more space. I will never own a PC again! The updates take seconds, not hours, and I never have any issues! I can sync all of my devices, phone, iPad, watch with my Mac and always have what I need!

I just my Macbook Pro for my video editing and also for running Photoshop for making art. Works like a dream and couldn't be happier with it. Went low on the memory because I always figure why pay so much more when you can spend so much less just buying an external harddrive

I loved the design, beautiful color. Only thing, I am not satisfied is with the charger, its very short.
