Love the computer. Faster than the 8 gig I had before.

works good, even though it was a open box purchase. It's first time using a laptop, I like it.

We went with the 13" for our daughter who just began 8th grade. We bought the exact same model her school issues to each child so that she would have a familiar environment as well as a backup device. She is super happy with having her own MacBook Pro

Adding a MacBook Is another learning curve for me. I do like the layout. Learning the layout is a bit different. The kids will use it way more then me. No complaints or issues at this time. Nice Product!!

I finally treated myself to a great laptop! Price was excellent too. Financing is great because I’m returning to school. I’m soo looking forward to enhancing my life. And turning in my term papers on time!!

We are very happy with this purchase. It is everything as promised for an Apple product! My daughter is using this for school work with the pandemic and she absolutely loves it. She even looks forward to doing her work at home in the new computer!

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas , she was delighted! She loves it and hasn’t put it down! She is an honor student and says it is going to help her so much especially with all of the online schooling that is taking place now.

My decision to go for latest intel processors paid off. I preferred to get it now as I am not confident if all applications migrate to work efficiently on ARM processors launching later this year. With the keyboard fixed, there is nothing to complain.

I used to have 2017 MacBook Pro with old butterfly keyboard. I upgraded to the newer version recently and the keyboard experience is a big value add to the MacBook performance which is seamless

Mac book pro, I couldn’t wait to buy and now that I bought loved it

This was a gift for our granddaughter & she LOVES it !! Right out of the box - she was happy - Her old Mac Book was still working but the new features on this one made it a logical purchase!

A MacBook is a MacBook. What is there to complain about? It is a great machine and the reason I went for this one over the new A1 processer is that is was $700 off during the Christmas shopping events.

The new 2020 13" works flawless absolutely zero issues with setup and initial operation as is expected with the apple premium paid. If you're debating on switching to macbook pro or upgrading your older macbook I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Really fast and really hot. If you do anything taxing the fans will be on full blast. Great machine.

As the satisfied owner of a mid-2015 15" MacBook Pro, it was time to make the upgrade now that they keyboard seems to have been addressed. Initial feedback on the 13" 2020 MacBook Pro is that it is exactly what I have come to expect from my laptop.

This is my first go at a Mac and I’ve not been disappointed in the features. My only gripe would be the poor quality of the USB-C cords that Apple is putting out. I’ve had the computer for about a month now and have had to replace the cords twice.
