Excellent product; works as it should. Didn't need to spend the extra for the M1 chip model for what I need the laptop for. Happy with the machine.

This was a great buy as a college engineering student. I have not began to use the various programs needed for my field but I do know that this was not a dollar short of what I paid!!

This was an exceptional bargain for a Mac! Looking forward to opening it Christmas Day. My last Mac has been in use for 8 + years… finally slowing down

The new keyboard is excellent. The machine does the job just as expected, no complaints outside of the price. Always feels like you’re paying a little more than you should.

Needed a new laptop and decided to give the Mac Books a try. Still getting used to the changes, but so far pleasently suprised by how much I like it.

The computer worked great. Was returned due to a flaw I didn't see when purchasing. I purchased an open box item. It was dropped before I bought it. I looked over the computer but didn't start it up. There was a flaw in the screen but Best Buy returned it. I eventually bought the same computer that wasn't open box when it was in stock.

Purchased a MacBook Pro 13” open box-excellent. There was someone else’s iCloud account locked to the find my Mac. I had to bring in to store to get Geek Squad to fix it, which they did. After all that, the notebook is great

I bought this for my son and he loves it!!! I literally cannot touch it! The backlit keypad is amazing. The delivery time was quick and I had no problems at all with ordering online!

This has made my wife's life so much easier when she has to work remotely. It's a great laptop with excellent features and a flawless operating system.

Love our new Laptop we only buy Apple. We still have our Mac that we bought almost 11 yrs ago. We bought a new one so we had something faster as like anything old it gets slow.

I was sure this had all that I was look for, but thought I was talking with the salesperson about the newer M1 model; this was an i5 and after I realized, I decided I preferred the newest, only to realize, another release is revealed. The price was ok, but too much for this model in my opinion.

Good quality expensive laptop it’s just overrated but it’s really good in terms of apple. But battery life is trash.

Nothing to complain about. My first Macbook pro and definitely not my last. About to order another for my son for college.

This laptop is amazing Apple speaks for itself. Great customer service at Bestbuy aside from a man who deliberately ignored me when I approached him to ask for help.
