13" display, i5, 16GB Memory, 512 SSD. Apple finally does what we've been waiting for them to do. Only regret is that it took them this long. 4 ports + headphone jack are clutch

This is my second purchase of the same laptop because I was very happy with my old one, but it was getting old and I wanted more storage.

the employees were suuuper patient with me while purchasing. i had to call the bank and get my issue sorted put and they patiently waited for me to complete my transaction

I returned it unopened because right away after buying it I learned the MacBook Air was coming out with the M2 processor.

I wanted to buy a MacBook Pro, to run my music Daw on, sales person knew exactly the one I needed. Product works just find, no issues.

Great sleek product. What do you expect? Its Apple I have been using it for school and editing videos. Hasn't given me any issues yet. Pricey but I'm sure its worth it.

Its just my first time to have a laptop computer since 2009 I had w/c my father acquired his computer be form Year 2004 till 2009 the HP but apple laptop its Vera niche to use.

Purchased for my son for school— he’s used it for all of his college classes and loves how it works.

Good Screen , touch pad and key pad but with everyday use runs like downloading photos and videos from iPhone to empty memory. The laptop chasis gets hot as a cup of coffee! As an Apple client from decades now, this was my first Apple laptop, ..no more.

Bought this to start my teaching career through distance learning. I wish the camera was 1080p instead of 720p for ZOOM classes. Otherwise no complaints with this MacBook.

This is an Old gen Intel i5 laptop but still gets the job done. This is super efficient in budget segment. Good for normal users

I bought this mostly for testing but as I'm playing with it, I love it. Still needs getting used to as I'm a Windows person but it will be a challenge in switching gears.

Personally have always been a Mac person, and this is an upgrade for me since my last one was from 2012. Love it so much, love the keyboard and how nice the colors look!

Delivery was quick. Exactly what was in the description. Laptop was securely packaged. Just been using for few weeks. So far no issues.

The only issue I had was that I couldn’t immediately transfer data from my old macbook pro-the new one does not have a USB port and it does not have the same charging port.
