My Geeks treated me with care and understanding with this new purchase of the MB Pro 13". Love the new features and upgrades.

On my 2020 macBook Pro, not one, but BOTH left side usb ports were defective, and the charging cable (or any usb-c charging cable) would not stay in the connector. Then to find out this has been a problem for years, I've very disappointed.

So far it's a great computer. I would definitely upgrade to the 16GB memory and not get the 8GB memory. The M1 chip has worked just fine with all apps that I've downloaded (I was worried about that). I'm hoping they put the M1 chip in the 16 in Macbook Pro sometime soon.

Had a bad experience with customer service. I received a faulty computer, because after only 3 full days of working, while I was using it, it stopped working. Apple was very helpful, but Best Buy did not do much to help with all the inconveniences it caused. Overall, Macbook is great.

Love it! This is my first time owning a Mac and I love the MacBook Pro but wish I would’ve got the bigger screen.

Very good. Apple is the best and most reliable computer you can buy and they really fixed the keyboard issue that plagues the 2017-2019 models.

I love the product. The only negative from this purchase was I requested a delivery day of a day later, and the product showed up early when nobody was home. So I had to go and pick up from a UPS delivery spot. Other than that, I'm 100% pleased with the product.

This computer delivered on what was expected. The fingerprint scanner built into the keyboard is a great feature.

Love the new system! Just beware of the factory re-set. Look up what to do before doing so. I nearly had a heart attack re-setting the computer.

Purchased this to store all of my music. I also wanted to create songs. I have found that this facility provides the best use of Logic Pro.
