Worst Purchase of 2021

The touchpad bar is pointless. Right out of the box after 10+ mins of use, the laptop becomes burning hot. The level of heat continues until your Macbook either crashes or you stop whatever you are doing to let it cool down. For a laptop this price, this isn't cool. Makes the simplest of tasks impossible to do. I purchased this specifically to take my gear on the road (engineer - pro tools /audio interface) but I honestly don't bother. If it didn't cost so much I would have treated it like the printer in Office Space by now.

Very decent laptop

There are PC’s and gaming laptops around this price that can be used for so much more applications.

Amazing build quality, quite overpriced

She loves it but when I use it, it can never run programs properly or with enough horsepower to keep up with fairly simple cross platform programs. Does movie steaming and photoshop amazingly but don’t expect any more.
