I’ve been having a lot of issues with safari like it crashes a lot so i use chrome and the battery life isn’t great.

It's very good, I liked it ,I don't know if I could recommend it, they don't have a lot of variety !!!

good laptop I would say. Although the fan kept making noises and had to return it.

Light weight computer but was little disappointed it had no cd rom nor flash drive slot.

this is my 5th macbook and by far the worst ive ever owned. this computer arrived broken, the screen was cracked a tiny bit on the bottom and has gotten worse since. i tried contacting someone at best buy, was told to use the online chat service, and nobody answered the chat multiple times. Now the computer is going very, very slow and can't even keep up with my typing. what can I do when I can't leave the house and rely on the computer for work? very disappointed considering this computer was nearly $2,000 and have every intention of exchanging it when the world opens back up.

I purchased it when there was a black friday sale and within a few days of receiving it the screen would go full-on purple once in a while and it lags very very very bad, like to the point when the entire thing freezes and I have to force restart, keep in mind its only 5 days old. so I called the customer service and they sent me a new one as a replacement. And guess what, the second one wouldn`t even turn on! I had to keep it plugged in to keep it on and once I unplug it, it dies right away, I didn`t even make it through the language selection at setup before it completely froze! I`m returning both, and quitting Apple. Apple`s quality has declined so so much in recent years, I had to return a new Ipad Air 2019 a week ago that was only 1 month old because the battery started having issues. I love Apple and I`m very sad it`s probably my forever goodbye.

My grandson is starting his first year of college and his high school graduation gift was a laptop for college. He was very specific to what he wanted. He is very happy with his Mac Book and if he is happy, I'm happy. He finds it very easy to use.

Camera is worse than any previous MacBook camera. Pathetic for a $1200 laptop

I think it’s a cool luxurious laptop but it’s not worth the money it’s worth

Everything it’s pretty nice, but it will be awesome with a Touch Screen

Having major keyboard problems and only had the unit for 2 weeks

this computer has been a bit quirky since day 1. Then, about a month out of warranty, the screen started doing odd things - colors appeared and lines though it. Not the high end product I thought I was buying

I enjoyed this MacBook for the time I had it (1week or so) and eventually returned it because the thermal throttling was really bad. It would heat up way too much to the point where it raised questions if the MacBook would overheat.

I bought this item and the bottle gotten hott whole charging it and then I accidentally threw the Best Buy box it came in out so I don’t know how to return it and I know that the store closest to me doesn’t have anymore

ive gotten a lot of varied use out of this laptop over the years, never failed me once i use it for web browsing, to view videos, and editing, great battery life although it can get a little loud and warm when its being pushed to its limits, i would recommend to anyone that wants an all around work horse and being that it is a couple years old now im sure you can get a great deal on it now

Using it one day and the screen shut off. That was it, no more response from the laptop on power on. Called Apple, they said it would need to be returned for repair. Bad luck of the draw I suppose.

I barely used this laptop and noticed it shuts down every 2-3 hours as it shows low battery and needs to be plugged in. However, once I plug the power cable in, there is above 75% battery life left. Not sure what the issue is. Big company, not so good product.

Doesn't work anymore and bought it a year ago. Worked great at first but after that it would not work anymore. Way to expensive to get get it fixed
