Bought the laptop for school and can say it has been amazing. Touchbar is great just a little getting used to might take time but after which it’ll be your best friend. Highly recommend. Only complaint I have is that I wish I would’ve chosen a higher storage model.

The display stopped working after less than 2 years! They wanted $675 to replace the screen.

Was very hopeful for this laptop but I had to return for it had a bright red pixel which is unexceptional on an overly expensive laptop

I honestly did not like this laptop . I went with a windows laptop instead for school and it’s much better school wise.

Bought Macbook online from Best Buy because they offered quickest delivery. Shortly after making online purchase, my card got hacked. So much for security. Best Buy proceeded to charge my account twice, overdrawing my account and incurring fees. I'm sure the computer is great, but am returning. Hopefully will never have to deal with Best Buy again.

After 4 months of normal everyday use, it seems my motherboard has died. Upon making an appointment and describing this to Geek Squad they unfortunately didn't do anything to help me, and wouldn't even open the computer to look at it because they don't touch hardware. Pretty upset and will be the last time I buy a computer through Best Buy...

I bought this macbook Pro and it sucks!! Its way over priced. Just but something better with that money.

After a month the monitor started glitching. Called best buy of course they were clueless like usual. This was the worst purchased made, now I have to wait for Geek squad who has to ship. Beware bad investment, next time I would go buy straight out of Apple store where they are knowledgeable of their products. Slow service and bad monitoring awful.

Garbage 48 hours trying to migrate I want my money back apple is trash, bought for Christmas present past the time to return now I have a 1400 brick, Apple hands cuffs all their crap software so if you get stuck there are no options only option I saw was to spend more money on adapters to try and migrate other ways duking crazy,sheeple love it though

Bought the MacBook Pro cause I thought it was good. Kept freezing up on me and had to hardboot constantly. Luckily I was able to return it and get a windows laptop that was much faster and doesn’t freeze up. Would never buy a Mac again, overpriced paperweight.

This computer lags and the battery is bad ever since I got this computer brand new I had issues with the computer overheating. As well as apple care+ is not easy they charged me 30 dollars to fix the battery and they still didn't fix it I am still haveing problems.

I noticed something when purchasing from bestbuy. This is my second biggest purchase I made from Bestbuy and I notice within three months of purchasing the item the keyboard doesn't work properly and the space bar button popped off. For the price you would expect it to work good for a long period.

Don't buy this computer. Get the 2020 model with the old style keyboard.

After two years of minimal use the computer suddenly shut off and hasn’t turned back on, I’m currently scheduled to go to Apple to see what’s wrong with it. I’ll post a follow up, but for a Apple product that has less then two years this is very upsetting.

Need my windows added to it also can not down load games i want on it

I did not purchase this item! Have already contacted the card issuer, to have it removed. You really need better checks to see if a purchase is valid. This was apparently picked up in the bay area, and i live north of sacramento. Good thing is they left you a name and email address.

This was supposed to be a great Memorial Day deal only to find out that at the same price I could get the Mac Pro from Apple with more memory and an updated keyboard. Best Buy’s sale was a sham for a 2019 dirty open box Mac. Returned item and spent money elsewhere.

Started glitching on me. Screen has pixels. Returned it.
