Best purchase ever, ease to used and great quality.

Easy to use for first time having a mac laptop....

I am very please with my last purchase. I am also very pleased with he service I received from the Best Buy staff. He was very knowledgable and very helpful. He stayed with me to ensure that I found exactly all that I was looking for that day. This computer is exactly what we needed and works perfectly.

Good computer but bad company. They want everything their way to be the only way. Daughter uses MacBook for music production classes

I am a huge fan of apple. I have pretty much everything apple has. This computer was kind of a disappointment for me. It was just ok. For the price that it costs I think it should be faster and offer more storage. By time you put any programs on it it’s full. Apple makes it also a pain to add external hard drive to run programs. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you can splurge and go for the big hard drive!!!

The computer works very good, but the screen glitches sometimes so it will probably have to have it repair but it still works. The touch bar is nice.

I never purchase a laptop before in my life so this being my first laptop and very happy in the past I’ve always use Windows computers and desktop computers in this is a Mac computer which has been much more user-friendly and understanding the software and abs so I really like this.

Love this new mackbook pro it’s very fast, love it

Slick computer! Ideal for school and creating videos. Overall works great. The only glitch is that the screen flitchins once in a while.

Works well enough that my teen hasn't complained. I also think it has raised his IQ significantly enough that he now wants to go to college.

Best buy is the best. They allowed my grandson and I to shop together while he was at the store in appleton wi and I was home on my computer in florida. He was able to see each laptop and I was able to ask questions and pay on line, so he could just take it home. Thank you for making this possible.

This was my very first laptop ever. Although it’s going to take awhile to get use to and know how to work it, it is amazing. So happy I went with it. Pros: I love that it syncs up to my Apple iPhone Cons: hate that I can’t ‘scroll’. Just one of those things that I’ll have to learn or get use to.

I myself don’t have the Mac but my granddaughter loves it. She is at a Tech school and in design. It is serving the purpose. She is also paying for it Herself. 12month same as cash. Great learning opportunity. The Mac notebook is saving her money. She can do classes on line and doesn’t have to pay for them.
