I traded in my old laptop for BestBuy credit and purchased this new laptop at a lower price. I'm a Mac user and prefer macOS over Windows. That being said, I did have an issue with the product. I ended up mailing it in to Apple for repair and have the motherboard replaced. Turn around time was about 5 days. I have not had any issues since.

I love all Apple products and wouldn't buy anything else. The only issue is price, but you will pay one way or another as Apple produces are more protected from hackers.

We purchased this MacBook for my son for his freshman year of college. There was a promotion and it was $100 off which is rare for Apple. Very happy with the quality of the laptop and the service from Darren

I still have my old one and I know that this one will last me a long time as well. Apple is differently quality. You might as well pay the extra money instead of buy a new laptop every year.

Light and good battery life. Easier to carry compared to iPad Pro.

Scored one on partial sale, but since I’m BestBuy Elite when it went on sale the next weekend they refunded me the difference between the sale price and what I paid. Stoked. Computer is nice too.

Impeccable design. Great screen display. Touch pad is a useful every day tool. Sleek. Portable. Great attention to detail in design. Criticisms: no extension for charging cord (older models include this).

Great Apple MacBook Pro for everyday people. I use it for school and any projects I have it hasn’t had any difficulties ever and the Touch ID has worked amazingly!! Definitely would recommend.

This is my first MacBook and I love it....little disappointed that I can’t update it still cause the software will be in conflicts with many programs, I hope Apple will release the new one very soon.

Fine was easy to set up and used by my granddaughters. I actually brought two Apple Mac books in the past couple months. They used for college and high school work and were very pleased.

i heard many times before that apple devices are over priced it may be but the trust i have on my computer not breaking every week is priceless and know with the new apps and features i love it even more.

This laptop has no flaws! My girlfriend has raved about her experience since using it. This price point is a bit on the expensive side. However, I would definitely recommend spending the extra cash.

The laptop is overall amazing, the touch screen allows you to slide through PowerPoint slides, gives you an option to fix any grammatical/spelling error. Unfortunately, I had to replace my laptop 2 times one for a manufacturing error and had to be replaced, and another time it was with the set up and apple support was unable to assist and BestBuy employee exchanged it.
