This is my first Mac and while it's taken some time to get used to the operating system, it's truly amazing how powerful and versatile this computer feels after coming from years of Windows PCs.

Its alright once you get the hang of it. The battery I'd decent too

I’ve been a Mac user for awhile now and I’m always impressed by how easy they are to set up and use. You basically open it up and you’re off to the races. I’ll never go back to a PC.

I bought it to upgrade from my 2015 Macbook pro. The touch bar was pretty cool but my Macbook just always had some weird glitches. I ended up returning it to get a Macbook air. I didn't really need the Macbook to run any software or do anything too crazy v

This is second Mac I bought in two years, since compiling for iPhone apps is better using the Mac , but Mac prices are not good, although this is the last year model, has 250 discount.

This is my first Mac so initially it was a struggle to learn the operating system,so different than hp. It’s standard photo editing is great. I forget about the Touch Bar though

I love Apple products. I am an advent Apple lover and customer. I would only suggest that you purchase the insurance. One drop of liquid and it’s done for this great machine.

I loved this MacBook. Of course the minute I buy it they came out with a newer version so I was able to take it back to exchange it for the newer model. It's a great laptop.

The letter W on the keyboard peeled off. When I spoke to Best Buy, they told me it was an Apple issue. When I spoke to Apple, they told me it was cosmetic and it’s not covered since I did not purchase Apple care and then it would cost me $90. Outside of that ... this is my 2nd MacBook Pro and it gets the job done.

It does everything I need it to do. The only downside is that it has 2 usbc/thunderbolt3 ports forcing me to buy an external dongle or dock to make it practical for my use with my set up.

One of the best items i could ever buy myself! Such a useful Apple product. Able to do and manage a variety of things within one use. Great for school and work use!

This is my first Apple computer, I’m not sure it’s all it was hyped up to be. However, I am still trying to get used to how it works. There are several huge differences between Mac and PC, just something that I’m going to have to figure out. Overall it is a good computer it does what I wanted to do I just need to figure out how to use it.

Bought this for my husband for his birthday, and he loves it! Awesome computer even for someone who isn’t so “techy”! Walks you through everything you need to set up, and is easy to use also!

This MacBook is amazing. My son absolutely loves it. He does alot of writing and it is perfect. He is working on getting a book published and this laptop is perfect for him.

My old MacBook Air died on me and with the easy pick up today option for Best Buy I was able to get a new one within just hours! Love this new MacBook Pro. Great for sound design and producing

I luv my Macbook! It's my first apple product that I treated myself to. I can't believe I didn't purchase one sooner! I just wish it was touch screen!

Gift for girlfriend to start law school as her old Mac had sticky keys due to spillage and sometimes trouble starting up. It's Apple so a premium price for decent specs and a nice overall feeling. Handles her school work well so can't complain though I'm keeping a close eye on the performance of the butterfly keyboard as they traditionally had problems.

I think this is a very good start for people on the Apple ecosystem however, this I would say do not buy one with the entry level processor. I started a few intensive apps and I could feel the lag much like a windows laptop. I would never expect this from an Apple product, idk if its just my laptop or if it really is not this intensive.

This is a Nice looking computer, it has somewhat performance for some programs, I use the adobe programs and sometime takes forever to load files or open the programs, I wanted to upgrade the memory ram but it is impossible to do so on the new macs, very disappointed.
