Bought this in October 2019 and returned it in a few days after it could NOT handle editing RAW photos in the native Photos app or Lightroom. The moment I would hit edit, the fan(s) would go high speed and the system would freeze forever. Tried it again and again but to no success. My late 2012 MacBook Pro (still have it) can still edit RAW photos like a charm and this one can’t. So disappointed. This is just an Air with a touch-bar and Pro name attached to it. I would only recommend this for users that do basic stuff like browsing, document editing, presentations etc. go for the stronger processor if you want anything more or an iMac.

My wife is a teacher and is doing the remote classes from home. We had an older HP that was too slow. She loves how much more she can do now.

My current laptop crashed and I needed a new one asap to work on my finals for college. Best Buy was open and I was able to pick up curbside.

I absolutely love my new MacBook. It is incredibly fast when it comes to editing video files & exporting projects. Best purchase I’ve made in a while!

MacBook Pro seems to have unlimited functioning capabilities. I learn something new daily. I am very satisfied with this product and excited about its possibilities. However I am concerned about its battery and the speed in which it depletes. Not getting 10 hours out of it. More like six.

I love the simplicity of Apple products. This laptop has made schoolwork and just web browsing so much easier and better. Great graphics too.

At first it is confusing to use but, as you progress it becomes easier. The device is complicated since I’m used to windows but it does it’s job good

I had an older Mac Pro and I loved it but I most love the new features that are my new Mac Pro.

I love it. I use it just about everyday, took a little getting used to since I’ve mostly used only windows previous to purchasing this MacBook.

Great laptop. The last time I bought a MBP was in 2014. If you're looking for a product that'll last you a long time I'd suggest a MBP.
