Replacement for an older version. Reliable with good battery life.

This is best computer so far I ever had.. I was thrilled with the computer speed and efficiency... truly Apple computer is the best ... i would recommend it to anyone who wants smart and durable laptop... its worth is money!

Very thin but still powerful which is what I need for my portable studio setup.

I bought a preowned for my husband for Christmas. It came with keys that didn't work and the start up was not right. I took it back and bought this new one. It is great!!! Buy new or open box, not preowned.

I so appreciated the courtesy of the Geek Squad and your staff - especially since they were masked, kept a distance and were very professional. The computer was processed and in good working order what I picked it up.

Battery life is good. If you need to use a USB you will need an adapter.

Great computer so far, but it seems like it runs a little hotter than my last MBP.

Very nice computer. Delivered when promised. Data transferred from old computer as advertised, and once I found John in the Geek Squad, who knew Apple products, my technical questions were answered.

This is my third Macbook Pro. I knew exactly what I was getting, so nothing surprised me about it. The keyboard is much improved over the previous butterfly keyboard. I have no issues with it whatsoever!

Great product but no true standard USB ports . . . only 2 USBC ports

Got this for my sister as a birthday gift, and she loves it. It was great for the price, and highly recommend you to get it too before they run out of them or no longer on sale

Overall great MacBook with minimal issues. I might recommend going with one of the M1 laptops instead as the price points are close if not the same. However, I would highly recommend this version.

I returned the item because 13 inch screen is to small for my but it’s a great laptop any Apple laptop is good I’m going to purchase the bigger size screen within a month I highly recommend the Apple care

Amazing imaging and really neat overall Can’t wait to try it out editing my videos my pictures and using it to make everything pretty much better with easy and confidence it’s a Mac Pro

I have a 2016 pro which is still top notch for my use. So do to longevity and the new normal schooling, I bought 2 for my sons. I’m sure they will last for years to come. Great job as always Apple!

Excellent product, experience buying via Best Buy website was not very good. I recommend buying at the store. All support for online purchases is overseas and reps are rude and not helpful.

I can’t tell you what a great laptop this is! My son who is 8 years old has taken full advantage of this laptop during these unprecedented times. Homeschooling could not be easier for him.

I purchased this open box item and I’m happy to report it’s awesome. This was my first time I purchased an open box item and I don’t regret it. The MacBook Pro is in excellent condition.
