Terrible camera and I also expected the speakers to be a little louder

Love this computer so much that I bought my wife one for Christmas. She is struggling a tad going from a PC/iPad to the functionality of a MAC, but she is very happy with it as well.

My daughter loves how versatile and dependable for her on line classes. She also enjoys it for personal use. We did have one problem with it not charging after approximately one week of purchase. We had to take it back and wait about a week to have it looked at. Only to replace it with another one of equal value. Have had a problem since the replacement.

This has been one of my best purchases for 2020 and I love my mac. It is ready for the task and is always in my backpack. The 18 months financing with my best buy credit card is also a plus.

We got an open box MacBook Pro 13" for my daughter who is leaving for college next month. The laptop came as advertised. It was in brand new condition and we saved money too. Very pleased!

I’ve had a MacBook Pro for six years until I didn’t have enough storage. Within those six years it was perfect, I never had an issue with it. This was such a great and well needed upgrade!

Love this laptop. Got it because my 2017 air stopped working, and am so thankful I upgraded. The touchpad is pretty useless, but it's aesthetically pleasing, and I do like the finger print.

I absolutely love the look and feel of this laptop, really feels like it will last years to come without getting glitchy. there's a lot to get used to with the different commands though.

By far the best laptop I've ever owned!! Took a bit of effort and research to learn how to navigate at first but now that I'm familiar with it I will not use anything else.

Removal of all ports for only USB-C, worthless touch bar, computer runs hot so fans run load and often, soldered in/non-upgradable storage. Macbooks are still the top of the personal computers, but they've continued to lower the bar. At this rate, they won't be top for long.
