What I was expecting for the Apple product I was purchasing

I love everything about the MacBook Pro. Great upgrade for me!

Apple makes a good product. The only negative is the price!

PC is cool but I'm unable to access my 4 free months of Apple Music. I don't think that's fair nor was I offered any perks for this purchase. I'm really considering returning this product and repurchasing somewhere else with promotions and savings offered.

It was hard to get used to this after using the Air for several years. It is a super solid machine, so far. But, the audio is horrible. Do not buy if you want to use to listen to music- you will be very disappointed. Gone are the days where Apple just nails every feature.

Because Best Buy does not completely set up your new laptop the jury is still out how much I like it. I tried to install Microsoft Office - but need to deal with National Best Buy. Service over the phone is more than difficult. I am not looking forward to it.

I bought this as open box satisfactory. When I got home and opened it, the adapter was missing. I was not aware of that; so I think I will return it. Otherwise, I will have to pay another eighty dollars to get the adapter.

This laptop is great, the display is so vivd and clear, and the colors are fantastic too. The keyboard has excellent response and bounce back! I love how long the battery lasts even if having 10-15 tabs running, and for the most part it is extremely durable. Sadly if it gets a good strong hit against a concrete wall, which happened today due to a seizure, it damaged the screen and now is not able to be viewed. However, up to this point it has been extremely reliable, very fast processing speeds, and able to handle all a college student could need and more. I highly recommend any of the Apple laptop lineups available and look forward to either getting my screen replaced or upgrading to a new model with even faster speeds and a bigger screen!!

MacBook Pro arrived on time and works great, but when I went to plug it in to charge (after turning it off of battery management) and it did not give any indication that it was charging.

Average product. Not the greatest. Do not confuse it with the M1. If you try to return it to best buy one day late out of the return policy you will have to keep it.

it’s whatever! people only buy apple for the name, had to buy a new computer since my old 2015 macbook was slowing down. regret not purchasing a windows or something.

DISGUSTING! I brought this product from this store EXACTLY A MONTH AGO FROM TODAY! I PURCHASED A NEW LAPTOP! I wake up and turn it on this morning JUST TO FIND A BLACK GLITCHED SCREEN! I PURCHASED A NEW MACBOOK PRO. WHY DOES THIS FEEL LIKE AN OPEN BOX??? This is ridiculous. If you don’t want to go through the problem of returning or technical problems within the first month purchase of your Macbook Pro. DO NOT BUY IT FROM BEST BUY! ESPECIALLY THE SOUTH LOOP LOCATION.

Laptop was great at first. But, within 4 weeks the battery would not hold charge. I took it back and got the updated version.

We thought would work for us but the operating system is not very intuitive or user friendly in our opinion. We thought it would be more like the iPhones but it wasn't. We took it back and got a PC. And you have to buy a pricey accessory to get ports on it. This is way too expensive to have to add accessories just to use it with other things.

Whenever I close and reopen this laptop, it's sooo slow...:( I have to wait until they catch up:(

Working good so far as expected. Hopefully it will last long. Most of apple products does not last long.

I despise this laptop! I purchased it because my previous model MacBook developed "stage light syndrome", which Apple refuses to acknowledge or repair in that year's model. $2 K down the drain. This new laptop developed a black screen when I close the lid so I have to force reboot with Shift, Option, Control, Power once in a while or if I accidentally close the lid. I'd buy a replacement but three bad MacBooks in a row would send me over the edge. I hate this MacBook Pro. All thumbs down! Not user error either. I've had my company's IT guy look at it and he finds no reason for this black screen. I must not be the only one with this issue because there are plenty of returns on google for this problem.
