Great buy. I don’t recommend over the new M1 MacBooks

I bought this MacBook Pro to work from home and after a couple of weeks I noticed that it would get hotter and hotter and the fans would go crazy Lloyd and hard just to cool it down. I use this for work from home only this is writing a document or making a spreadsheet not playing games online!! I then started researching and this is a known issue with Apple. Hundreds of similar reviews out there. I just didn’t know. Bestbuy sent my computer off to get fixed and I now have to wait three weeks to get that computer back. Hey bestbuy what am I supposed to use for work? Terrible service terrible Apple product. Very very upset

I bought the MacBook at an expensive price and it has the problem of constantly heating up. This problem has become really annoying. I don’t recommend this laptop. Also my friends who are studying computer science and know a lot about technology have said MacBooks aren’t great because their cooling systems aren’t good. Although the laptop looks aesthetically pleasing, it’s not a good purchase. Do your selves a favor and please don’t buy this laptop.

I tried to like it, i tried to adjust, but 13 inches is just way to small for a screen, do yourself a favor and save yourself from buyers remorse and get the 16 inch i did and it’s a whole other world!

I bought this to use for my zoom meetings. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the battery life only lasts for about 2 1/2 hours.

This Apple computer runs hot! Even after just a few minutes. And now this website says it not returnable and it hasn't even been 30 days.

This computer was not what I really needed It is good but doesn't have all of the features I wanted in my IPad so I will be purchasing an IPad with more features.

Had to take in for service after having just a couple of weeks. Not charging at times when plugged in.

Having a power issue. Had to send it back to Apple as there is power/startup issue after 3 weeks.

I bought this Mac thinking it was going to be way verter than my Mac air 2017 and I didn’t saw any difference. Running multiple chrome tabs and other apps at the same time the computer started to stutter and being laggy. I’m getting the 16 to see if it’s any Berger

We purchased one computer and before check out was complete they said someone had just bought it online so we couldn't have it. Then we purchased another one which did not work when we got home. Had to take it to be repaired before we even touched it.

I love it. It’s not a touchscreen, but I like the little Touch Bar, powerful computer. And great for the cost

Clean design while performing amazingly in a compact size. I used to own a MacBook Pro before this one the 2016 model but it was much heavier. However, the performance on this Pro is definitely PRO.

Well kind of wish that I had purchased a new iPad pro, so I did.

This laptop after 2 months begins to slow down and can barely run most software apple SHOULD be able to run. Worst buy I have ever made hope to get an hp again that is better and faster.

I never opened it or any of the items I purchased I called in today with a question and the second transfer to the person she hung up on me and now I’m considering returning everything I purchased

I know I sound old, but I am used to a windows computer and bought this because I was told it would make life easier for video editing. I HATE IT.

This is the first MacBook I buy and I'm very impressed with the quality of the product! Apple never seems too fail, every Apple product I own perfectly falls into place with this laptop. At first I thought it would be too small but the size is perfect for school and being ready to take just about anywhere. The Touch Bar adds to the great experience this laptop brings. 10/10 would recommend this laptop to any student looking for a quality laptop.
