I just purchased this MacBook yesterday. Completely satisfied and do not have any complaints. Upgraded my 2015 16gb ram with 256gb ssd, and this computer is snappier and way better in every way. Highly recommend.

I dislike the USB-C. Have to buy yet another dongle .... No magsafe for charging, To easy to be pulled down as the USB-C connection is tight. No SD card slot, have to buy yet another dongle Beautiful display !!!

I saved up money for about two years to buy myself a laptop right before college, and decided on the macbook pro. Six months after I got it, the laptop deciding to just stop working. I sent it in and literally every part of the laptop except the display had failed and was replaced. Thank god it was under warranty... that time. A few days ago, i unplugged my laptop from my monitor, and the screen started showing pink and purple fuzzy lines all throughout. I went into the store and my warranty had just expired apparently, and now i’m stuck paying 800$ for a repair on -you guessed it- the display! the one part that didn’t fail when i first got it. The fact that all of the hardware in the laptop had to be replaced within 2 years of paying 2499$ is ridiculous. I’m in college trying to get an education and work at the same time, and now that my work AND school is online, I have no choice but to pay the 800$ to repair my laptop. I’m going to start looking into PCs, even tho I have 5 apple products that I saved up and paid for myself. It’s just not worth having to replace every part and have it randomly fail while working or trying to do school. Ridiculous

it broke after 3 years :( super upsetting honestly because it was so expensive ,apple should be ashamed of themselves
