This is a good model and we have had many Macbook Pro models over the years. One odd issue we encountered is with battery charging. The battery stopped charging after less than a month. We took it back to Best Buy and their Apple Rep thought it could be hardware issue but turned out to be firmware update needed. So if you encounter this problem, update your system and see if that helps.

I bought this laptop, because I needed another laptop for school, and my classmate/friend has this exact same model. So, I decided to get one. The only negative is that it glitches when I use Word.
