Missing charger

I received this computer without a charger from Best Buy since I bought it used. Box was open and they said they checked it. So missing things does give you low stars

Worst purchase

When it got here he was locked out. The prior person's information was still on the computer. We took it to Geek Squad they were not able to unlock it and it would keep a charge for more than a few seconds. We returned it and ended up buying a new one.
