Bad service bad product

Got it set up but found in ran hot, had short battery life and then unilaterally shut off! Requested a replacement but they were out! Returned it w all original packing and purchased a new unit 19 days ago! My credit card has yet to be reimbursed and the new lap top still has not arrived! When I call the help line it’s nearly impossible to get an actual human to speak with and when I do get a human they cannot track my package! They are polite though as I am!

MacBook Pro overheated issue

It has happened 4~5 times of an application process ran into infinity loop and caused the laptop over heated(ended up with having had to manually force power off), it seems that the product has a defective issue of cpu components overheated due to unknown reason of application process ran into infinity loop.
